Scope & Responsibilities: The primary role of the Regional Coach is to develop Area Coaches and Store Managers in the IL, IN ,OH market as well as contribute to the Coach program. The Regional Coach will report to the Regional Director. This role supports our stores in IL, IN,OH and candidates must reside in one of these states. Roles and responsibilities include: Develop Coaches in technical and operations skills. Training, shadowing and in-field support. Maintain presence/visibility in the market by visiting Stores with Area Coaches. Driving same Store sales growth, working with the Regional Directors, Area Managers and Store Managers to identify opportunities. Partner with the Regional Director to develop and execute plans for store improvement as assigned. Participate in Coach Call with other Coaches. Work with Coaches in their purview to create an ongoing personal development place. Serve as mentor and master trainer for the Coaches in their purview. Work with Regional Director and other departments to expand knowledge in business topics such as business acumen, grand openings, marketing, or other areas as agreed upon. Drive Technical Excellence and Consistency through the development of Store Managers. Work with the Regional Director to assist with the creation of content to ensure impactful Manager Huddles, Area Manager Huddles and Coaches Huddles. Promote Brand and Operational Excellence through Success Checks and purposeful Store visits. Work with Director of Operations Standards and Artistic Director, the Artistic Team, Champion Ambassadors, and Managers to promote Sport Clips Brand Awareness in the community. Support and work with VP of Career Opportunities and Team, Events Team, and Training and Operations Teams to deliver relevant content for Coaches at Huddles and Leaderships as needed to support and align with the company focus. Key Criteria/Requirements: Successful as an Area Coach for a minimum of 2 plus years. Exceeds Expectations in all areas of responsibility. Excellent in all areas of Operations, including performing all responsibilities of an Area Coach per Job Scorecard. Maintain open communication with VP of Company Stores, Director of Operations Standards and Artistic Director, Coaches, Leadership, and other SCI departments as needed. Always lead by example. Always express professionalism through dress code, behavior, and communication. Exemplify the Sport Clips Values. Be perceived as a mentor and a strong leader. Travel requirements include days, nights and weekends: 3 wks/month in field. Trips to markets should be a minimum of 2+ nights and 3+ days. RCs must make sure that days spent with Coaches in field are intentional and arent necessarily tied to an 8-hour day; maximize your time.

The typical work schedule is 9:00am-5:30pm with flexibility available as needed. The schedule will vary based on the needs of the school and the organization. ⭐ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Program Implementation Review education plans for children and provide regular constructive, individualized feedback to teachers. Engage in regular coaching practice with classroom teachers to drive high quality program practices, focusing on collaborative problem-solving, strategic planning and goal setting, and progress evaluation. Assist teachers in interpreting assessment data to inform professional development goals, plan classroom experiences, and facilitate meaningful conversations with families. Model developmentally appropriate early childhood instructional techniques and practices in the classroom, including Conscious Discipline, Touchpoint Principles and the programs' research-based coaching model. Cover in classrooms as necessary to meet staffing ratios. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in identifying any barriers for children and families as it relates to engaging in Early Childhood Educational services. Including participation in IDT, IFSP/IEP meetings as necessary. Completes all assigned internal monitoring. Coaching Provide regular coaching (individual and group) to education staff and document in the programs identified database. Provide feedback to the Early Childhood Supervisor regarding introductory and annual employee evaluations. Utilize a defined assessment tool to determine dosage for individual teacher coaching. Develop a high-level understanding of the CLASS assessment tool and become reliable in CLASS observations. Collaboratively implement a coaching process with education staff to promote high quality instruction to include onboarding activities. In collaboration with the Early Childhood Supervisor, coordinate regular teacher meetings. Deliver high-quality coaching and guidance to education staff to ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations, as well as to drive excellence in assessments and evaluations conducted by our local evaluation partner. Identify and coordinate professional development opportunities for staff in collaboration with the School Director and participate in creating and implementing a comprehensive training plan to enhance staff skills and knowledge. Support implementation of new strategies gained through training. Provide lesson plan feedback and ensure implementation of lesson plan activities in the classroom. Collaborate with education staff to set and achieve goals using our research-based coaching model, documenting progress in the designated database throughout coaching cycles. Ensure documentation panels and student work are consistently posted and updated in classrooms and hallways, aligning with lesson plan objectives and showcasing student learning achievements. Administration Prepare monthly reports. Recovery coaching may involve goal setting, coping strategies, re-entry support, and assistance in accessing relevant resources. It may also involve transporting individuals to treatment and recovery related services, and to access community resources that build recovery capital. Based at the Full Circle Recovery Community Center in Council Bluffs, this role involves frequent outreach and service provision in satellite offices and rural locations, helping individuals initiate and sustain long-term recovery through peer support, advocacy, mentoring, and resource connection.     RECOVERY COACH - CORRECTIONS FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT DEPARTMENT: FULL CIRCLE RECOVERY CORRECTIONS RECOVERY COACHING PROGRAM (CRCP) REPORTS TO: CRCP Director DIRECT REPORT(S): N/A POSITION OVERVIEW: The corrections recovery coach plays a crucial role in providing peer recovery support services (PRSS) and supporting individuals with opioid use disorder and other substance use disorders in various corrections settings. The person in this position draws from their own lived experiences of overcoming addiction and incarceration to connect with and inspire individuals undergoing similar challenges. They offer empathy, understanding, and encouragement, aiming to motivate positive change and sustained recovery. Recovery coaching may involve goal setting, coping strategies, re-entry support, and assistance in accessing relevant resources, all within the context of the unique challenges present in a corrections environment. Consistent and reliable attendance is essential in this role due to the scheduling needs of correctional facilities, the needs of the population served, and the requirements and time-sensitive nature of grant-funded programming. The corrections recovery coach must agree to adhere to a confidentiality agreement and demonstrate passion for Full Circle's mission and core values, including the concept of ensuring that recovery comes first. This is a non-exempt position and is based on a 40-hour work week. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. Peer Support and Mentorship Offer peer recovery support services, including recovery coaching, to individuals in corrections settings and/or who are justice involved and dealing with opioid use and other substance use challenges. Practice appropriate self-disclosure of personal recovery experiences to inspire and motivate individuals to seek positive change. Assessment and Goal Setting Utilize and implement evidence-based practices to determine individual needs to assist with goal setting. Collaborate with individuals to set realistic and achievable recovery goals. Collect and enter data into the organization's data system, assist with reporting and continuous program improvement. Individualized Recovery Plans Develop individualized recovery plans tailored to each person's unique circumstances and goals. Provide guidance on accessing relevant resources and services while incarcerated and upon release. Support and encourage multiple pathways of recovery, including harm reduction strategies. Advocacy and Education Advocate for the rights and well-being of individuals with substance misuse or mental health challenges within the corrections system. Educate individuals on available treatment options, recovery resources, coping strategies, and self-advocacy. Collaboration with Providers Coordinate with healthcare professionals, counselors, and providers to ensure a holistic approach to recovery. Maintain collaborative relationships with corrections staff and providers to provide the most meaningful and effective peer recovery support services for recoverees. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate and confidential records of interactions and progress. Prepare reports on individual outcomes and contribute to program evaluation. Re-entry Planning Assist individuals in developing reentry plans that address housing, employment, and ongoing support post-release. Connect individuals with community resources to enhance their chances of successful reintegration, including peer recovery support services at the Full Circle Recovery Community Centers. Self-Care and Professional Development Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about best practices in recovery coaching on topics such as ethics, boundaries, communication skills, recovery principles, and understanding of addiction and multiple pathways of recovery. Practice self-care to maintain personal well-being and resilience. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Personal experience with substance use disorder, mental health conditions, recovery, and/or justice system involvement preferred. Knowledge of, or personal experience with, recovery systems, medication-assisted treatment, multiple pathways of recovery, harm reduction, criminal justice systems, person-centered approaches, and peer recovery support services preferred. Relevant education or experience working with individuals in recovery from substance misuse and/or mental health conditions preferred. Knowledge of community resources and referral sources preferred. Must agree to complete the CCAR Recovery Coach Academy, Ethical Considerations for Recovery Coaches, and Recovery Coaching in Justice Settings within six months of hire. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with individuals in corrections settings. Ability to listen empathetically and provide support without judgment. Demonstrated empathy and cultural competency to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Skills in conflict resolution and de-escalation strategies to assist with challenging situations that may arise in a corrections setting. Knowledge of and commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality. Must be a self-starter with strong initiative, an independent thinker, and a collaborative team member. Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and partnerships simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom), and data management. The assistant strength and conditioning coach should be able to provide clear instruction to groups, as well as individuals, while holding athletes accountable to the expectations of the program. They must provide expert instruction in the execution of prescribed exercises and drills, and be able to tailor cues and exercises based on the needs of individual athletes.
