Job Title: Material Prep Lead Status: Regular, Full-time Reports to: Material Prep Supervisor Shift: 2nd * Off-Peak: 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. * Peak: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. During the 12-hour peak shifts, team members follow a rotating schedule that includes working four shifts one week and three shifts the following week. This schedule allows for two long weekends off per month.
Job Purpose
The Material Prep Lead will work within our Professional Services Group, which has the mission of providing innovative customization solutions for our customers. This position will provide direction, leadership and development to individuals working within Material Prep. This employee has a passion for excellence and will work alongside the PSG Supervisors. This position will have many tasks and requires good time management skills and attention to detail.

Major Accountabilities / Essential Duties
Responsibilities:
* Manage inventory levels for heat press materials.
* Help train Material Prep agents when needed.
* Distribute work to Material Prep agents.
* Be a resource for questions and guidance for Material Prep agents.
* Perform Material Prep agent functions when necessary
* Oversee all of the areas in Material Prep (Artroom, Material Prep, HAL)
* Troubleshooting any issues that arise in all of the areas in Material Prep (Artroom, Material Prep, HAL).
Requirements:
* The right candidate must be able to stand for extended periods and go up and down stairs and ladders.
* Must be able to lift to 40 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be proficient in basic computer skills.
* Candidates should have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and a very high focus on quality and accuracy.
* Prior lead experience is preferred.
* Candidate should be production orientated, show leadership skills in accomplishing the tasks efficiently.
* Must have a proven track record for punctuality, minimal absenteeism, and proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Prior machine experience preferred.
* Ability to troubleshoot quickly.

Responsibilities
