Carson Kipfer is Principal Designer at Sport Ngin, which he co-founded in 2008. Carson leads the product design vision and inspires holistic design alignment across the organization. He is a passionate advocate of user-centered design. He evangelizes the Sport Ngin cause and core values through communication, events, and experiences and works tirelessly to to preserve and enhance Sport Ngin culture. Carson holds a BFA in graphic design from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where he graduated with honors. He is a board member of Positive Coaching Alliance - Minnesota.
