Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, including onboarding, SLAs, KPIs, cost controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee inbound, outbound, and returns workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and service-level adherence. Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for fulfillment issues, delays, chargebacks, and discrepancies. Support RFPs, contract negotiations, and transitions between fulfillment partners as needed. E-commerce Operations Own operational execution for DTC e-commerce fulfillment, including order management, shipping logic, returns, and customer service handoffs.
