With more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, operations and accounting, Steve oversees operational and financial activities for SpotXchange and sister company Booyah Networks. Steve's experience prior to founding SpotXchange and Booyah Networks includes senior management positions at two other startup companies (Ereo, Inc. and ProSavvy, Inc.), serving as chief financial officer of iBelay LLC, a venture capital firm investing in seed stage companies, and public company experience as director of corporate development for MessageMedia, Inc. (acquired by DoubleClick). Steve began his career at Price Waterhouse LLP, where he gained extensive experience in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, and internal controls. Steve holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Colorado and currently serves on the board of directors of the Alumni Association for the University of Colorado at Boulder.

J. Allen Dove is a Chief Technology Officer at SpotX and is based in United States.

Guy de Moerloose is a Deputy CFO at SpotX and Senior Vice President Finance at SpotX and is based in Boulder, Colorado. He has worked as Senior Controller at RTL GROUP, Senior Internal Auditor at RTL GROUP, and Head of Group Reporting and Budgeting at RTL GROUP. Guy studied at Takefu Higashi High School - Fukui - Japan between 1992 and 1993 and ICHEC Brussels Management School between 1993 and 1998.
