No experience required, we offer paid training to obtain the required Oklahoma Pesticide License. Must be 21 years of age. Pay rate is $15+ for un-trained applicators. $500.00 Bonus for licensed Pesticide applicators after 90 days Pay rate is $18+ for licensed Pesticide applicators.
Responsibilities and Duties
General responsibilities include providing lawn care services to residential and/or commercial customers including:

Qualifications and Skills

Ability to work Monday through Friday and Saturday as required Must enjoy working outdoors and be able to work in temperature ranges from teens to over 90 degrees and in varying weather conditions Must be able to lift 50-pound bags of fertilizer, load, unload, push, lift and guide rotary spreader with total weight of 80-100 pounds and maneuver 400-foot spray hose. Ability to follow driving directions and familiarity with assigned service area a plus Must be able to read and recall regulations and procedures and pass state issued pesticide exam Ability to work independently and provide good customer service Must possess a consistent positive attitude

Following a one (1) week training program , our Thermal Spray Technicians travel to IGS customers all over the world performing coating corrosion applications. As a Thermal Spray Technician, you will work on a large team of dedicated and experienced sprayers all focused on servicing and protecting our customers mission critical equipment.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Sandblast and apply Thermal Spray coatings inside large process equipment such as holding tanks, vessels, and boilers
- Maintain the highest level of safety while working in a confined space and wearing full protective equipment such as a full-face respirator, coveralls, and steel-toe boots
- Ability to, and enjoy, traveling in the US and Internationally for extended periods of time
- Achieve standardized goals and objectives as established by the management team
- Represent IGS in a professional and positive manner in all situations
Requirements
Physical:
- Lift 50lbs. or more multiple times through each shift; Walk up and down multiples flights of stairs or climb ladders
- Able to work in tight/confined spaces as well as on elevated surfaces (scaffolding)
- Able to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, 7 days per week
- Able to wear a full-face respirator, in addition to other personal protective equipment as required (i.e. coveralls, work gloves, hardhat)
Education
- Industrial or Field Service experience preferred (power plants, petrochemical, oil and gas, mining, commercial, concrete, sandblasting, hydro-blasting, coating application, painting, or manufacturing environments)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Travel
- Must be willing and able to travel 1 – 4 weeks at any given time.
- Ability to obtain Passport and travel internationally.
