As a finish sprayer you will learn all about spray equipment such as, but not limited to, airless sprayers and pumps, air-assisted airless and convention cup guns.
Full-time, 40 hours/week plus 8-10 hours of over time per week during our peak season (Occasional Saturday shifts).
Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
*Signing Bonus! We are offering a $1000 signing bonus after 90 days and a second $1000 signing bonus after 180 days of consecutive employment to employees in good standing*
Scope of Sprayer Positions:
General knowledge of paints and stains, and various types of top-seals. Experience with spray gun (hvlp), cup gun, wet millage gage. Must have a keen eye for color variations/discrepancies. Understand proper use and maintenance of required PPE i.e. respirators, dust masks, safety glasses. Ability to work on your feet up to 8 hours per day, including some OT at various times throughout the year, based on manufacturing needs.
