Each individual container will have a label attached. Packers will be required to use and maintain tape machines and weight scales. Packers will be required to post production on the DSI computer system. Once the order is complete the shipping container will be pushed onto the conveyor. In some cases packers will have to pick parts from primary bulk locations to fill the orders. Packers are required to clean workstations and sweep floors at the end of each shift.

Our Assistant Managers lead our teams in the absence of the General Manager. This position builds upon the Shift Manager
position. As such, the Assistant Managers are responsible for fulfilling the same duties as a Shift Manager. In addition, the Assistant Manager may be trained in all management systems and is expected to assist the General Manager as required.
