We are seeking a Principal Analytics Platform Engineer who will own DUOS' entire data foundation. They build the pipelines, models, tools, and AI-driven capabilities that empower every team-Product, Ops, Client, and Executive-to access clean, consistent, trustworthy data at scale.
This role is responsible for evolving DUOS from manual analytics and ad-hoc SQL stitching into a modern, automated, AI-enabled analytics platform. They ensure that DUOS' Senior Staff Data Analyst and business teams spend time on insights, not data plumbing.
What You'll Do
Data Platform Architecture & Pipeline Ownership
Design and own DUOS' data architecture on AWS, ensuring scalable, maintainable infrastructure for all data operations
Build robust, automated pipelines for client file ingestion, normalization, deduping, and enrichment.
Architect scalable ingestion into Salesforce, Iterable, or other operational systems.
Implement versioned, testable, observable data transformations and modeling layers.
AI-Enabled Self-Serve Analytics
Build AI-driven tools enabling natural-language querying, automated insights, metadata discovery, and semantic layer navigation.
Define and maintain DUOS' metrics layer enabling self-serve dashboards and consistent KPI definitions.
Evaluate and integrate modern AI analytics tools.
High-Quality Data Models & Business Logic
