Jeffery is the Chief Sales Officer and co-founder of Spring Venture Group. As the organization’s senior most sales leader, he leads the strategy, development, and implementation of our sales, management, and leadership training platform; preparing salespeople and sales leadership for immediate and sustained success. Jeffery also partners with our Learning and Development team to build systems designed to engage and continually improve the management and leadership competencies throughout the organization.

Jeffery believes that a team of committed people who love what they do, with leaders focused on growth and development, is a recipe for long-term success. A key to his success in building passionate and successful sales teams has been the creation of a “coaching culture” that provides consistent support and development to all of our salespeople. Jeffery has been recognized for his innovations to the sales process and people development, including a recent recognition in Ingram’s 40 under Forty.

Jason leads Spring Venture Group’s finance divisions including accounting, finance, modeling and forecasting, analysis, negotiations, investor relations, partnership compliance, and private and institutional financing. He oversees the strategies linking financial goals and business objectives across the organization to enhance financial performance, business growth, and organizational transformation.

Jason’s diverse experience and broad financial expertise, coupled with his experience leading high-growth businesses, is instrumental as we look toward the future. He has over 20 years of experience in the accounting, telecommunications, and education technology industries.

Mike leads SVG’s organizational innovation through our use of technology and technological strategy. He oversees Spring Venture Group’s Technology divisions including data management, web application development, UI/UX, software engineering, DevOps, service desk and R&D. Mike drives the strategies linking SVG’s tech capabilities to business objectives across the organization to enhance performance and spur business growth while maintaining the highest levels of compliance and security certification.

Mike has over 20 years of experience in technology in both the public and private sector. He has an extensive background in software engineering, event-based microservice architectures and cloud computing. His diverse experience in digital innovation is essential as we look to SVG’s future.

As CMO, Grant will direct the marketing programs for SVG and its insurance brands: United Medicare Advisors and SmartMatch Insurance Solutions. His responsibilities include guiding brand management, driving content and performance marketing, leading media relations and managing consumer research efforts.

Most recently, Grant served as the Chief Marketing Officer for National Debt Relief where he led the marketing efforts across client acquisition, retention, and brand development. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Marketing for J.G. Wentworth where he expanded lead generation efforts beyond TV through new channels including email, direct mail, affiliate, display, radio, and print.

Grant graduated from the Ohio State University with a B.A. degree and holds an M.B.A. from Lehigh University.

Michael leads SVG’s overall revenue-generation strategy and execution along with the organization’s go-to-market approach. A part of this responsibility is overseeing SVG’s SmartConnect program, a one-of-a-kind service offering that is designed to help transition working adults to the world of Medicare benefits & savings via employer relationships.

Michael is a transformational sales and business development executive with over 25 years of experience in life insurance, financial services, and healthcare. He has worked in Executive Sales & Strategic leadership capacities for numerous Fortune 500 financial services organizations throughout both the US and Canada. His experiences include both domestic and global benefits sales leadership roles, and encapsulates extensive business development, business transformation and business territory expansion across the North American financial services marketplace. Michael has been a major contributor to profitable growth, creative market acceleration, and continuous leadership development and promotion of staff, throughout his career.

I am a leader and expert in the information technology and information security fields. My latest accomplishment involves successfully leading a large Medicare insurance company through achieving HITRUST compliance for all of their major service offerings.

I am passionate about Empowering Positive Impact in others. I fuel this by Designing, Planning, Implementing, and Supporting Enterprise Solutions for Digital Transformation. Using the latest technologies, I specialize in providing a fresh and innovative approach, paving the way and leading business into the future as we enter the age of Automation.
