Pros of working at Spring Venture Group

I have been with Spring Venture for 6 years now and I am not paid as a tenured agent I have to requalify for bonuses when I have set records and continue to be a top performer

Cons of working at Spring Venture Group

I have been with Spring for 6 years not paid what I am worth for what I bring to the Company. Top performer without top pay.

Spring Venture Group benefits

Work/life flexibility time off and PTO and health benefits along with 401K and HSA.

What do you like best about Spring Venture Group's CEO and the leadership team?

The CEO is more fluff than anything he promised to meet with us one on one 6 years ago when we were a smaller Company never did. I have had 2 good managers the problem with most managers is they haven't started ground up they are detached on how money is generated with the employees.

How would you improve Spring Venture Group's culture?

First off I would stop hiring and focus on keeping the good agents and giving them a competitive wage. I would also encourage mobility within the Company to ascend the ranks. Hiring from outside the Company creates an atmosphere of disjointed views on how things should operate.

How did you prepare for the Spring Venture Group interview?

I actually went through 2 videos and then two interviews. I looked up the background of the Company and being an older employee I can identify more with the needs of seniors because I am one. I have been in sales for over 30 years and built large customer bases.

How does your compensation at Spring Venture Group compare to the industry average?

It is below average. I went from sales to customer service/retention and took a $20,000 pay cut they were not transparent in revealing what the wage potential would be.

What's the diversity at Spring Venture Group like?

I don't look at diversity I look at who can do the job and who is best qualified to be honest. I am ex military and if that will be shoved in my face I probably don't want to work here.

What brings you the most joy at Spring Venture Group?

I love building relationships and helping people with my expertise.
