Max Schnoedl is the chief financial officer of [Accela](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/accela#/entity), a provider of civic engagement solutions. Previously, he served as the executive vice president of the same company. He also serves as a board member at BRZ. Before joining Accela, Schnoedl served as the vice president of [Deutsche Bank](https://www.crunchbase.com/person/max-schnoedl#/entity) in San Francisco and helped software companies accelerate growth by raising equity and debt financing. Previously, he worked at Deutsche Bank in New York and Frankfurt as the vice president of group strategy. Schnoedl started his career in government as a cabinet member of Austria’s Federal Minister of Science. Schnoedl holds a PhD in law from the [University of Vienna](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/university-of-vienna#/entity), Austria, and master’s degree in business administration and management from [Harvard University](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/harvard-university#/entity).

Cory Perkins is a Chief Technical Officer at Springbrook Software and is based in Portland Oregon Area. He has worked as Programmer II at Springbrook Software; Developer at Store Check Systems, LLC; and Client Services Programming Manager at Springbrook Software.

Mr. Hale has 18 years’ experience in technology and finance, working with several cloud computing software companies. Prior to Springbrook Mr. Hale work at Accela as Senior Director of Finance, Silver Spring Network, KLA-Tencor and Lockheed Martin Corp.

Mr. Hale has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon, an MS from the Oregon Graduate Institute and a BS from Brigham Young University. He also studied at Senshu University and is fluent in Japanese.
