Job Description The role of the Unloader is to perform necessary functions in order to efficiently, safely, and correctly Unload the product from the Smokehouse. Starting Wage is $21.50 per hour. The first week you work 3 days and 36 hours, the second week you work 4 days and 48 hours, every other weekend is a three day weekend. Automatic pay increases at 6 and 12 months. Hours: 2.2.3 Schedule 3pm - 3:30AM Wages: $21.50 per hour (Base $17.50/Hour plus $4.00 /Hour Shift Differential) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following: General: Follow daily production schedule and achieve specified goals.
