1949 – PPC Industries Inc.is founded as a blown film extruder.

January 2019 - Spectrum Plastics Group announces four new operating divisions: Medical Tubing, Vascular Technologies, Specialty Molding and Film.
December 3, 2020 – Thomas J. Sullivan appointed President & Chief Executive Officer.
