Guest Assistance: Respond to guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally, addressing maintenance-related issues as needed. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with park policies and regulations. Identify and address potential hazards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist with emergency maintenance or repairs as needed. Event Support: Assist the events team with setup and takedown for park activities and events, including moving equipment or preparing spaces. Qualifications General knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Ability to operate basic tools, equipment, and machinery (e.g., mowers, power tools, etc.). Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with pool maintenance and water treatment is beneficial (certifications like CPO are a bonus). Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
