Pros of working at Springfield Clinic
I don't like working there anymore.
Cons of working at Springfield Clinic
Upper management does not care about their employees or employee satisfaction. They have told employees if you don't like the facility you can leave. There is always someone to replace you. They no longer value employee loyalty paying someone that has worked there 15 years the same as someone that has worked there for 2 years. It has become a place where I dread going into work.
