Before coming to Summit, he was responsible for a $1.1 billion P&L with 1,300 associates. Davis is a well-rounded leader who connects with people and can look at a business across many areas, from operations to finance and sales to human resources. He thrives on in-person connections with customers and field personnel. As CEO, Davis is responsible for all aspects of the company, including setting the business mission, objectives, and strategy. Davis holds a BA in Business Management from Ohio Northern University, a Supply Chain Management Certificate from Rutgers University, a Business Leadership Certificate from IMD and an additional three years of industry specific management training. Davis served on Vantage Electrical Group’s board of directors from 2014-2017.
