I thought the pros of working at Tavolas was that I got to experience a working environment and mainly getting the idea of how to deal with both kind and rude people. I also picked up on a lot more useful skills such as patience, teamwork, and organization.
In my experience, the cons of working at Tavolas were that it was a very negative space with tons of people having attitude towards employees as well as customers. It was also very unprofessional, unorganized, and unsanitary.
My favorite benefit from working at Tavolas was that I got paid.
I truly could not explain any positive thing about the CEO and leadership team other than hard-working.
I would improve Tavolas by making it a more positive and friendly environment as well as more organized.

In my experience, the compensation at Tavolas when compared to the industry average was fair and justifiable.
The representation of diverse demographics at Tavolas was excellent due to the fact that it brought many different people together from separate backgrounds, making us able to see life from different perspectives and having more voices to be heard.
Personally, the most fulfilling aspect of my work at Tavolas was that I got to talk to many different kinds of people (personality wise) which led me to understand how to work with positives and negatives. It brought me joy because it made me become more understanding.
