Oversee documentation processes in collaboration with Quality Assurrance Coordinator (s) to ensure compliance with applicable Agency policies, procedures, and regulatory standards including both Medicaid and Licensure. Provide supervision and support to DD case management staff for performance improvement in areas of documentation as needed. Conduct training in areas of charting compliance, complete reviews of records as needed or requested, and maintain supervision documentaion for staff for performance evaluation/improvement plan purposes. Responsible for ensuring that contacts are made in accordance with the Individualized Service Plan and that documentation is thorough, accurate and completed in a timely manner to facilitate billing. Ensure that individualized sevice plans and person-centered reviews are reviewed by a designated QIDP staff for case managers who are not yet QIDP. Ensure that enhanced case mangement visits are occuring in the appropriate timeframe, and that the individuals are accuratley being identified for enhanced case management services according to the criteria outlined by the Department of Justice. Responsible for tracking current recipients of ECM, monthly visit dates, and evaluating requirements as appropriate. Work in collaboration with leadership of various programs to ensure positive outcomes with service delivery and overall program success. OTHER DUTIES: Provide high quality customer service, serving as a positive representative for the Agency. Perform such other duties as assigned by supervisor. On-Site Truck and Trailer Maintenance and Repairs: Our mobile repair experts come to you, performing all maintenance and repairs at your location and around your schedule. All of our technicians are D.O.T. and brake certified and are capable of performing a great number of repairs and services. Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL DO Perform repairs and inspections on a variety of Class 6-8 trucks and trailers, such as brakes, diagnostics, A/C systems, electrical systems, engine components, exhaust systems, after-treatment systems, lift-gates, tires, etc. Schedule and overlook all maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections. Repair/Replace vehicle/ trailer components. Open and Close repair orders on a company-issued device. Obtain parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck. Accurately complete DOT forms and all other forms of documentation in a timely fashion. Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE Minimum of 3 years of diesel and trailer repair experience preferred. Communication skills Ability to work extended and/or irregular hours including weekends and holidays when needed Valid Driver's License required. Self-motivated with excellent organization and planning skills Ability to utilize a computer/tablet for electronic processing of work orders which includes adding labor hours, and updating work order statuses 2 years of experience in performing annual federal inspections and brake inspections. 2 years of experience in truck/ trailer maintenance and repair or equivalent combination of experience and education. Basic computer skills. Must possess proper tools WHAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT High School education or equivalent Certifications are a plus Welding experience CDL, a plus Working Conditions: * Working in the outdoors* Working under extreme weather conditions* Extreme Heat/Cold /Humidity The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
