Responsibilities:

Driver Responsibilities
Assist in loading/ unloading of goods and transferring supplies from receiving area to their designated locations.
Operate company vehicles to facilitate product deliveries to various bakery locations.
Maintain cleanliness of the Sprinkles vehicles and perform routine maintenance checks and upkeep in accordance with Sprinkles guidelines.
Ensure integrity in inventory management during transfers.
Comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and motor vehicle traffic laws, with no cell phone use while on duty, especially while driving.
Knowledge + Skills:
Genuine passion for the Sprinkles products, brand, and overall experience.
Minimum of 1 year of prior food service experience (cook, baker, server, etc.) or possession of a professional culinary/pastry certificate
Minimum of 1 year of delivery driver experience
Must pass a driving record check and background check
Flexibility to work a changing schedule, starting between 12am to 3am.
Demonstrate ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage timers, and maintain a steady work pace.
Effective verbal communication skills and can comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
Physically able to be on your feet for extended periods of time, able to bend down for product, and capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds, including cupcake trays, cupcake batter, frosting, and bags of boxes purchases.
Ability to stay in a stationary position for up to 50% of the time.

Clean and store all bakery pots, pans, utensils and dishes either by hand or utilizing dishwashing equipment. Perform basic culinary food preparation and other duties as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate dishwasher/pot sinks to wash and store pots, pans, utensils, and dishware
Perform side work as needed, i.e. break down boxes and remove trash, receive and put away paper and food orders
Perform daily cleaning, i.e. sinks, drains, metro shelves, trash bins, floors, walk-in freezer/refrigerator, grease traps (if applicable)
Prepare baked goods according to recipes and standard operating procedures including, but not limited to, scooping cookies, cutting bars/cookies, mixing buttercreams, etc.
Ensure all food is prepared, handled and stored according to all required food safety code standards
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with state and federal health department standards
Report any sanitation or janitorial issues to manager on duty
Operate and properly use bakery equipment according to recipes/standard operating procedures, i.e. mixers, induction burners, dishwasher, etc.
Monitor cleaning supplies inventory levels
Assist culinary team with production as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous dishwashing or entry level food handling experience a plus
Must be able to safely utilize all bakery equipment
