Ragy Thomas is a technology visionary, entrepreneur, and investor who has played an instrumental role in the evolution of two business-critical channels for the enterprise: social media and email. As founder and CEO of Sprinklr, he is empowering companies to reimagine their customer-facing operations - the front office - to manage consumer experiences across every touchpoint.

Prior to founding Sprinklr, Ragy was the president of Epsilon’s Interactive Services from 2006 to 2008, and the CTO of Bigfoot Interactive, an email marketing leader that Epsilon acquired in 2005. Ragy earned his M.B.A. in Finance and Information Systems from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and his Computer Science Engineering degree from Pondicherry University in India.

He serves on the board of directors at Kenscio, a digital marketing services company he co-founded in 2009, and Cloth, a mobile fashion application company.

Carlos has more than 30 years of enterprise technology experience and an unparalleled passion for innovation. Previously an active member of Sprinklr’s board of directors, today Carlos guides strategic direction for Sprinklr and leads the marketing, sales, services, and partnerships teams for the most complete enterprise social technology company in the world. Luca Lazzaron brings over 20 years of experience with enterprise software and SaaS companies to Sprinklr, where he oversees sales, sales enablement, and solutions consulting. Prior to Sprinklr, Luca served as a general manager and global sales leader at companies including BMC Software, BladeLogic, Fuze, and Cisco. Luca has advised and scaled rapidly growing startups, has helped to develop operational management at Fortune 500 corporations, and also worked closely with venture capital and research consulting firms throughout his career.

Luca is a strong and committed supporter of the Istituto Serafico in Assisi, which specializes in the rehabilitation and long term care for children with multiple severe disabilities.

He has a masters in business and managerial economics from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia.
