Job Description About the Role The Leader of Executive Recruitment is responsible for building and leading high impact search strategies to attract, assess, and hire senior level and executive talent. This role partners closely with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and cross functional stakeholders to define role requirements, craft compelling narratives, develop diverse pipelines, and deliver a world class candidate experience. The Leader of Executive Recruitment operates as a strategic advisor, market expert, and search leader for mission critical executive roles across the business.
