I think it's the fact that, at least in my area, "due to budget cuts and the like", nobody can get a raise. We're front line employees and some of us have worked years and apparently some higher ups but a stop on raises. I would argue that even though many of us are entry level employees that the difference between an employee who has been with Sprint for at least a year, and a new employee is vastly different and yet Sprint has decided we should be paid the same. There's nothing like saving money for your corporation by alienating your bottom level labor force.

What is your worst experience with a customer?

There are so many on a daily basis to pick just one. In general, vietnamee are the worst. They don't want to pay for ANYTHING, and expect everything for free. For someone who works on commission, its a ***.

What do you do there? It's a giant company? Where are you based out of?

I work in a retail store doing sales. I graduated with a bachelor's last may and I'm just trying find something different. Don't get me wrong though sprint is a pretty good job.
