Mr. Grosskopf was one of the founding shareholders and the original investment banking director of Newcrest Capital, an investment dealer which was acquired by TD Securities in 2000. Previously, he held positions with Nesbitt Thomson Inc., RBC Dominion Securities and Sprott Securities.
