Job Introduction At Sprouts Farmers Market, the Service Manager is responsible for overall customer satisfaction by inspiring and motivating a team committed to providing superior service in a fast-paced and friendly environment. Additionally, they lead front-end operations and oversee the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. This role is responsible for driving store sales, team member recruitment, engagement and retention.
