I thought the pros of working at Sprouts Farmers Market are that all of their inventory were quality products that I was proud to sell.
In my experience the cons of working at Sprouts Farmers Market were that there was nothing to complain about. They are a really outstanding company to work for.
My favorite benefits working at Sprouts Farmers Market were that they had high respect for their employees and granted them just about everything that was asked of them to do.
What I like best about the leadership team was that they were fair and treated all there employees the same and were easy to talk to.
I wouldn't improve the company culture because they are a business that started many years ago and they've figured out a perfect way to thrive and I don't think they've missed anything.
I was pretty much hired on the spot so I didn't need to do much planning for the interview.
Managing a team that cares and dedicated to giving the customers the best service to insure the customer is satisfied and will come back. Also teaching the skills of cutting all varieties of meat, pork, lamb, veal and chicken that the customer expects and all other aspects of the meat business. Watching them grow in exp. And moving up in the company!
I still work for this company but, after over 40 yrs I would like to teach this profession because I get great enjoyment when I see a student, employee gets it when the cut of meat is correct and they get so encouraged but most of all knowing it is a process that does take patience and time.
Teaching new employees the technics in meat cutting and culinary!
I liked the flexibility, they always accommodated my schedule to correspond with my life. The company was very diverse and always gave people a chance to work and develop.
The managers were very childish and spiteful. They would talk negatively about their employees to other employees and make the ones they didn't like do unnecessary task. They would cut our hours every couple of weeks and force people to go home if too many people were schedules. They would also understaff certain departments of the busier days and it would back up the workload.
I liked the discount I received on groceries. I also liked how they set me up with a 401K

My favorite perk was getting discounts on groceries and having a 401K set up for me.
I like my customers, and my co-workers, working as a team to accomplish a goal. I like the new store.
Inadequate training, lack of communication, and organization. The bizarrely random schedule. The schedule was posted on Saturday for the following week.

I get to work autonomously and proactively for what is needed for the department, team, and store.
There isn't as much work place balance.
The ability to have an impact on customers is fulfilling.
