    Houston, TX Asset Operations Manager Responsible for managing residential solar asset performance, maintenance & repair activity, and partner engagement for a large residential solar portfolio throughout the country. Manage a team that carries out day to day asset operations activities and act as a primary point of contact for system specific and field related activities for the business. In addition, work closely with both internal stakeholders, serviced portfolio owners, internal field technicians and 3rd party partners to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective portfolio performance. Key responsibilities include: Ensure high fleet operational performance, efficient troubleshooting and maintenance activities, and an overall positive homeowner experience with field activities Oversee work order dispatch activities with 3rd party maintenance service providers, ensuring quality responses, and prompt resolutions of all field service requests Generate regular reporting/tracking of key performance indicators for the serviced portfolios to be used by management to inform decisions and track performance of team members Identify, qualify, and develop relationship with independent service providers across the United States and negotiate service agreements to support underlying work Record and maintain logs of service requests, work or services performed, invoices, and other dispatch information in asset management system (Salesforce/SiteTracker) Review, record and approve partner invoices and manage 50+ vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies Develop and prioritize business requirements and project plans to make forward progress on company's strategic goals Support internal Field Operations Technicians by providing clear work direction, technical guidance, and escalation support to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality field execution. Build necessary reports and dashboards via Excel and SiteTracker; interpret data and reports to provide feedback and suggested actions regarding business strategy and data integrity Lead equipment replacement activities including meter, module and inverter replacements including equipment selection, vendor negotiations and replacement logistics management with partners with focus on safety, cost, and efficiency of replacement strategy Enforce contractual obligations and service level agreements with install and maintenance partners and measure and manage costs of maintenance activities Support integration of new solar portfolios into the operating fleet and asset operations processes and systems Develop and implement new policies, processes and procedures that ensure efficient management of fleet and portfolio performance, and supports homeowner troubleshooting Train, manage, develop and lead a team of analysts/specialists to carry out day-to-day asset operations activities and serve as primary point of contact for system specific and field related activities Work closely with Data Analytics Team and leaders across the organization to help organize, develop, prioritize, and complete data projects and reports to provide the company with visibility and actionable data QUALIFICATIONS Create and design PowerBI visualization of Dashboards and Scorecards (KPI) for multiple teams such as Asset Operations, Finance, Asset Recovery, and Customer Support Team Act as Subject Matter Expert for Asset Operations Team on the redesign of reports by gathering and integrating data from complex SQL queries and Salesforce, in order to support Power BI and SSRS reports Prepare data for integration into Data Warehouse by conducting a combination of manual and automated data sourcing, data cleansing/validating and data consolidation/formatting Create reports for stakeholders that capture and provide a snapshot of portfolio health and performance, outline areas that are underperforming, actionable items, and logical resolutions that are necessary Led the integrations of the following portfolio acquisitions Collaborate and work closely with various data providers (Also Energy, etc.) to fill data gaps and/or design processes to facilitate future data integrations. Run and formulate SQL queries to interpret and analyze data to identify key performance metrics and transform raw data into meaningful, actionable information for the Operations Team to act upon Provide ad hoc reports to the executive management upon request Skills: Language and tools: SQL/MySQL, Power BI, advanced MS Excel, MS Office suite EDUCATION Bachelor's degree required.
