Key Responsibilities:
• Depending on assigned work station, responsibilities may require employee to screw, bolt, glue or crimp individual parts onto a manufactured item on the assembly line.
• Some positions require ensuring all parts are fitted and screwed in properly, others are part of a subassembly and have the responsibility of mounting assembled components onto a larger product using a variety of tools.
• The assembler might complete the wiring for a manufactured item or they might add hardware to the finished product.
• Each Assembler is responsible for moving products from/to next step in process.
• Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per Spruce Environmental Technologies.
• Complete all administrative functions relating to business or regulatory requirements.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production Management.
• Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.

Pay range:

About the Role...

The Associate Counsel provides legal advice and support on matters affecting the company, including sales activities, contracts, data privacy matters, and general business and corporate matters.

Base Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 plus a 10% bonus potential
A Day in the Life...
Provide legal support for the business, including a significant focus on sales and customer success teams to secure new and renewed business
Draft and review both in-bound and out-bound contracts and related documents, including data processing and privacy-related documents
Draft and negotiate contract terms related to IP licensing, authorized data use, privacy, indemnification, limitation of liability, payment and renewals
Provide timely review and responses to internal business clients
Advise on customer questions, concerns or complaints
Understand and provide advice on data privacy matters, including US and ex-US statutory requirements
Provide legal support as needed to other company groups (Finance, Operations, Marketing/Product Development, Human Resources)
About You...
Juris Doctorate degree
2-4 years of in-house counsel or similar experience; current bar admission.
3-5 years of experience with sales and vendor contracts, particularly Software as a Service contracts
Expertise in intellectual property and licensing
Self-motivated individual with a desire and willingness to learn
High level of integrity
Superior attention to detail/accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and managing multiple time sensitive tasks simultaneously (e.g., end of month sales activity)
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely explain legal concepts to non-lawyers
Initiative and independence
Working knowledge of relevant legal principles, e.g., intellectual property, data privacy legislation, contracts (experience with government contracting a plus)

The Technical Services Engineer - Tier II (Hybrid position) troubleshoots and resolves configuration, network and software issues for our IP network cameras, physical access control, and security solutions while utilizing resources of peers, knowledgebase, and software development engineering teams.
This is a Hybrid position (one week onsite in the office and one week remote/work from home) based out of our Chelmsford, MA headquarters (after completing initial training and meeting desired KPI's). This gives our employees the much needed flexibility and helps us maintain contact with our culture and fellow Axians. Employees are welcome to work full time in the office if they prefer.
Salary:
$75,000 annually (English only role)
$79,500 annually (Bilingual - English with Portuguese/Spanish/French)
Shift Requirement:
11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. shift
What You'll Do Here…
Provide world-class technical support for partners and end customers via inbound telephone, online helpdesk, and live chat cases
Manage a high work volume with time-bound constraints
Analyze problems and identify solutions by utilizing databases of existing issues, debugging tools and simple or moderate lab simulations
Ensure escalations and handoffs are efficient by documenting cases clearly and completely
Escalate and collaborate with Software and/or Hardware Engineering to see the problem through to resolution
Develop subject matter expertise and train/mentor others
Use troubleshooting skills to: perform lab replications, research more difficult problems, test engineering provided fixes to ensure the solution resolves the customer's problem
What We Are Looking For…
Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center-type environment with an excellent customer service background
Knowledge of network routing and switching protocols
Experience configuring PCs, installing various operating systems and software applications
Experience configuring switches, routers, and other network-related components
Ability to resolve issues and troubleshoot in an unscripted manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and energetic with a positive approach to problem solving
Eye for details with good time management skills - must be able to handle multiple issues in an organized manner
Valued, But Not Required …
Fundamental understanding of physical access control and security systems
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud CRM system/help desk applications
CCTV/IP Camera installation/configuration
Basic understanding of electricity concepts
Professional degrees/certifications: CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, PSP, etc.
Secondary language skill: Spanish, Portuguese, French
