Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Basic proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is required. Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems. Understanding of basic manufacturing principles and a desire to apply them in a hands-on environment. Ability to develop clear, concise work instructions and technical documentation. Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. A strong interest in automation, manufacturing processes, and production improvement.
