Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot automation equipment and diagnose mechanical and electrical failures on the production floor.

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Basic proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is required.
Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
Understanding of basic manufacturing principles and a desire to apply them in a hands-on environment.
Ability to develop clear, concise work instructions and technical documentation.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
A strong interest in automation, manufacturing processes, and production improvement.
Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus but not required.

A Day in the Life...
Responsible in the Financial Reporting Cycle for a wide range of activities related to month-end close in a world-wide operation (expense and deferred costs analysis, accruals, prepaid, fixed assets, internal-use software capitalization, bank reconciliation etc.)
Preparation of monthly reporting package to the senior management ensuring the consolidated financial statements are accurate, complete and in compliance with GAAP.
Prepare complex journal entries requiring judgement and analysis.
Review staff and senior accountant's journal entries and reconciliations.
Manage lease accounting and ROU asset/liability entries.
Manage monthly and quarterly loan interest payment and book interest expense entries.
Prepare monthly financial reporting package required by bank covenant.
Lead the relationship with foreign entity accounting firm and coordinate with monthly financial package; work with staff accountant on entry booking and monthly financial tie-out.
Manage month-end close checklist and review balance sheet reconciliation.
Review business unit trial balances and other reporting for accuracy and completeness.
Provide back-up for the Revenue Cycle.
Assist with preparation of support needed by tax accountant for tax provision and tax return.
Further cycle time reduction via streamlining workflow, automation & elimination of nonessential activities.
Write, maintain & promulgate policies and procedures.
Active participation in managing the annual audit, preparing audit schedules and analysis.
New systems implementation and merger integration.
Other accounting, budget and operational projects as assigned.
About You...
Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA required
7+ years of accounting experience inclusive of big four accounting firm experience

A Day in the Life...
* Responsible in the Financial Reporting Cycle for a wide range of activities related to month-end close in a world-wide operation (expense and deferred costs analysis, accruals, prepaid, fixed assets, internal-use software capitalization, bank reconciliation etc.)
* Preparation of monthly reporting package to the senior management ensuring the consolidated financial statements are accurate, complete and in compliance with GAAP.
* Prepare complex journal entries requiring judgement and analysis.
* Review staff and senior accountant's journal entries and reconciliations.
* Manage lease accounting and ROU asset/liability entries.
* Manage monthly and quarterly loan interest payment and book interest expense entries.
* Prepare monthly financial reporting package required by bank covenant.
* Lead the relationship with foreign entity accounting firm and coordinate with monthly financial package; work with staff accountant on entry booking and monthly financial tie-out.
* Manage month-end close checklist and review balance sheet reconciliation.
* Review business unit trial balances and other reporting for accuracy and completeness.
* Provide back-up for the Revenue Cycle.
* Assist with preparation of support needed by tax accountant for tax provision and tax return.
* Further cycle time reduction via streamlining workflow, automation & elimination of nonessential activities.
* Write, maintain & promulgate policies and procedures.
* Active participation in managing the annual audit, preparing audit schedules and analysis.

The Technical Services Engineer - Tier II (Hybrid position) troubleshoots and resolves configuration, network and software issues for our IP network cameras, physical access control, and security solutions while utilizing resources of peers, knowledgebase, and software development engineering teams.
This is a Hybrid position (one week onsite in the office and one week remote/work from home) based out of our Chelmsford, MA headquarters (after completing initial training and meeting desired KPI's). This gives our employees the much needed flexibility and helps us maintain contact with our culture and fellow Axians. Employees are welcome to work full time in the office if they prefer.

$75,000 annually (English only role)

What You'll Do Here…
Provide world-class technical support for partners and end customers via inbound telephone, online helpdesk, and live chat cases
Manage a high work volume with time-bound constraints
Analyze problems and identify solutions by utilizing databases of existing issues, debugging tools and simple or moderate lab simulations
Ensure escalations and handoffs are efficient by documenting cases clearly and completely
Escalate and collaborate with Software and/or Hardware Engineering to see the problem through to resolution
Develop subject matter expertise and train/mentor others

Job Description
The
