Job DescriptionSalary: DOE Pipe fitting and welding, reading ISOs, weld mapping, excavations, rigging, sandblasting, coating knowledge required. Ability to lead and maintain positive upbeat attitude, ability to communicate, mentor and multitask with others. The Superintendent is responsible for managing the execution of all project tasks on the job site and safely completing all project deliverables on-time and on/under budget. Duties and responsibilities Manage field personnel (5 to 50 people) on the job site including but not limited to safety briefings, attendance, task assignmentsetc. Lead daily safety and project briefings and fills out JSAs Manage job site organization, assign daily tasks to personnel and monitor progress Reports progress and issues daily to project manager Responsible for the safe execution of project tasks and meeting required specifications, standards and/or metrics Responsible for all tools, equipment, materials and supplies on site including tracking, maintenance, procurement planning, cost tracking Follow company policies and practices Work with project manager to identify and mitigate risks, plan and execute project tasks, report progress and mitigate negative project impact Work with project manager to identify, estimate and track change orders Work with project manager to manage project communications between stakeholders (customer, inspection, personnel, sub-contractors). The drafter will form part of a multidisciplinary engineering team and should be comfortable working at an adjustable table as well as a computer terminal. You will usually work at our offices but will at times need to fulfill travel requirements and work on-site. To be successful as a drafter, you should stay up to date with new drafting software and advancements, in particular Solid Works or Advance Steel. An exceptional drafter will demonstrate impeccable diligence and have sound knowledge of the discipline they draft for. Draftsperson Responsibilities: Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings. Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems and Solidworks Hardware or Advance Steel. Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations. Communicating with architects and engineers and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings. Have experience in Miscellaneous Steel Fabrication. Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting alongside the engineering team. Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations. Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team. Occasional Job-site visit to take physical dimensions or verification. Draftsperson Requirements: Bachelor of Science in engineering or architecture (Preferred). A degree from a technical college is also acceptable. Job DescriptionSalary: Fabricator/Welder will use various techniques to cut, shape, and assemble raw steel into pre-defined structures according to blueprints, must be proficient in interpreting shop Drawings for Construction of all types of structures. Utilizing tools like cutting torches, welding machines, and other metalworking equipment to create the necessary components and assemble them into the final structure, requiring strong mechanical skills, above average knowledge of welding techniques. Ability to work alone and with team members. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Lift or carry at least 50lbs Knowledge of AISC quality standards, Safety certifications, Forklift certifications a Plus but not required.

Schedule: 814-hour shift, depending on project Monday to Friday, Periodic Weekends Typical Report for Duty 6:30 -7:00am Rotational On call Overtime Available Day in the Life After receiving your instructions from dispatch, the night before, you arrive to Company yard in San Antonio, TX or Client Site, clock in and: Prepare, test equipment, and stock your industrial unit with ALL supplies and PPE youll need for the day. Check in and review your daily agenda, task goals, and project Safety Plan with your Project Supervisor and / or Project Manager. Safely mobilize to job site, set up a tidy work zone and don proper PPE to advance with project assignment. Work with industrial power washers (4,000 - 40,000 psi) and supported vacuum equipment (Vac Trucks, Hydro Vacs, Porta-Vacs, Pumps, etc.) to clean pits, sumps, tanks/tankers and trailers. Sweep, clean, and/or shovel materials into appropriate waste packaging. Operate a forklift, aerial lift, skid steer, loader or other machinery, as needed. Ensure the work area is safe at all times and that you are always looking out for the safety of your team. Once complete, clean the work zone and leave it in better condition than when the team arrived. Demobilize back to the company shop. Rehabilitate your industrial unit by re-stocking supplies, PPE, and small equipment and tools. Sweeping and washing your unit, including your truck, in preparation for the following days tasks. Once inspected by Project Supervisor / Project Manager, you will clock-out and depart for the day. If scheduled, Remain Prepared for On-Call needs throughout the night.
