Neil has served on Medidata Solutions' board of directors since 2002. He is also currently the president, chief executive officer of Golden Living, a leading provider of long-term care. Prior to joining Golden Living, Neil was the president and CEO of TorreyPines Therapeutics Inc., a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, as well as president of Ingenix Pharmaceutical Services, a division of UHG, and a member of the UHG Executive Board. Additionally, he co-founded Worldwide Clinical Trials, a contract research organization, where he held the positions of president and chief executive officer until its acquisition by United Health Group in 1999. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from New York University and an M.D. from the Medical College of Wisconsin.
