SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As Sr. Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions, you will work closely with leaders across the enterprise to support all aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic business growth initiatives.
What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)
While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities in supporting Mergers & Acquisitions will be:
* Research
* Research potential targets, competitors, and growth opportunities. This may include gathering public information and performing market research
* Financial Analysis & Deal Modeling
* Use financial models and analysis to assess the viability of potential deals, and to create models for valuation metrics
* Conduct thorough analysis of financial data, including but not limited to income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, cost reports, and risk assessment
* Prepare financial models and forecasts
* Financial Planning
* Develop or support the development of business plans that outline the strategic direction and financial forecasts, inclusive of synergies, for companies after a merger or acquisition
* Due Diligence
* Lead and/or support the due diligence process to verify the financial, legal, and operational aspects of a target company
* Assist with financial due diligence and valuations in support of deal completion
* Manage deal and due diligence processes
* Maintain thorough knowledge of the M&A process and strategic project management
* Deal Execution
* Ensure that all legal and financial aspects of a deal are in order, and that the deal is executed seamlessly
* Participate in and support negotiations for mergers and acquisitions
* Prepare transaction related presentation materials for management and board of directors
* Support deal closing process and participate and/or support post-closing Integration planning and execution
* Other
* Support the Mergers & Acquisitions function
* Maintain relationships with 3rd party services and investment advisors

* 3-5 years of applicable experience
* Experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development

* Strong communication, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner

Job Overview:
This exciting role is critical to driving a great customer experience and channel engagement for our strategic accounts globally as it relates to sales. This role will also help drive our strategic initiatives through things such as pricing, customer satisfaction and service levels. The position is the primary point of contact for customer support and inquiries. Job Overview:
The Material Handler under general supervision, distributes either production or non - production items and materials to various locations throughout the warehouse. Materials may consist of purchased parts, in process parts, or finished goods.

Responsibilities:
* Environmental Sales Channel Partner (SCP) Management - Review the Environmental market coverage and partners as needed to increase Environmental sales revenue.
* Manage Environmental Sales Opportunities through the sales cycle and assist Sales Channel Partners in closing project opportunities.
* Utilize Dodge analytics, GovSpend, and dashboard metrics for ENV SCP review meetings.
* Make joint sales calls with Environmental SCP's to position Seepex products & services and manage current Environmental market OEM's and work with Business Development Manager to identify new ones.
* Educate SCP and Environmental Engineers on Seepex Products / Specifications.
* Maintain a list of key biosolids and pump personnel within Engineering firms.
* Review Specifications, position Seepex products and attempt to gain a competitive advantage on bid jobs.
* Direct Environmental Aftermarket Sales Partners and TM's to call on plants as needed.
* Analyze named competitors and record any competitive differences.
* Select Seepex equipment and recommend to Environmental Application Engineers.
* Hold pre-bid meetings with Environmental SCP's to review pricing and set strategy, bid Project with Environmental SCP, and record bid price along with any other relevant data for tracking of projects and report bid results as they become available.

Responsibilities
Performs assigned routine tests on materials, goods in process, or finished goods where results are compared with company quality standards. Reports results to supervisor who will make an analysis and take necessary action.
Inspects visually for obvious defects.
Performs detailed visual inspection when necessary to determine quality of product where limits are not clearly defined. Removes defective product and places acceptable product back on line.
Notifies line supervisor when inspection data exceeds acceptable limits or when major incidents of poor quality are noted.
Records results on inspection forms or charts and reports number of defects found. Posts and maintain forms and charts of inspection data, quality levels, or special quality studies.
Makes recommendation on disposition of questionable product to supervisor.
May act as quality control department clerk, maintaining all quality records for the facility.
May act as scrap collector, touring the facility and removing tested and product samples from QC inspection stations.
Perform other duties as assigned

We are looking for an individual who will work under limited supervision and is responsible to perform a variety of duties efficiently with high quality results.

* Translate the monthly SIOP consensus plan by product family to a detailed weekly master production schedule (MPS) with a 12-18 month planning horizon into the ERP for weekly MRP generation

So, what will you be doing as a Maintenance Electrician?
Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on plant machinery and electrical systems that are generated through work orders.
Perform Preventative Maintenance on machinery and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems for plant machinery and electrical systems.
Use various machines, hand tools and power tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
