How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)
SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As a Planner - Chassis Buyer, you will analyze MRP data, release and prioritize shop orders, manage all site Distribution Orders, coordinate chassis, body purchases and coordinate aftermarket installations to support the Production Schedule. Develop, track and report detailed production schedule and performance metrics for use in optimizing asset utilization in support of manufacturing requirements.
What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)
While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be:
* Shop Order / MRP analysis
* Daily analysis of MRP data
* Execute Shop Order releases
* Identification of shortages / expediting through appropriate channels
* Redating of released shop orders to support customer demands / production schedule
* Distribution Order Analysis, release and management
* Release distribution orders as required for all sites
* Coordinate kitting / shipping of DO's with Warehouse Supervisor
* Weekly reconciliation of all open DO's
* Chassis / Body / Truck equipment planner / buyer
* Provide detailed specifications for chassis', bodies and various truck equipment to Sales Team - supporting bidding / quoting
* Order all chassis' and bodies and truck equipment to support Production Schedule
* Maintain all order details within an Access database
* File for all available GPC's, CPA's and all available fleet incentives as required
* Schedule payments and MCO handling for all chassis' to support to Production Schedule requirements
* Provide detailed weekly status reports to Production Control Manager for all open orders
* Continuous Improvement
* Drive Continuous Improvement through various problem solving tools - waste identification and elimination utilizing the ERP platforms available to improve Operations processes
* Engage in various Kaizen events in support of the Operations Continuous Improvement initiative - to include both transactional and physical flow events

What We Are Looking For
Required Experience
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or equivalent.
* 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control or Manufacturing, with 1-2 years in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of inspection methods, measurement tools, MRB/NCR processes, and quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.).

We have an opportunity for an Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist to join our Apopka FL team. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement to ensure compliance with applicable law and Pentair standards.
You will:
Provide technical and regulatory expertise to ensure occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance at the site.
Maintain records and prepare documentation for agencies such as OSHA, EPA, and FDEP.
Provide leadership for the site to foster a positive safety culture.
Manage and improve the site's EHS Management System by developing policies/procedures, conducting audits and inspections and tracking safety KPIs.
Implement new or revised processes to meet Pentair Integrated Management System requirements.
Use structured problem solving to identify improvement actions for safety incidents or near hits.
Lead the site Sustainability Program.
Facilitate communication with associates to ensure proper issue resolution and engagement in the site EH&S program.
Engage in other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 2+ years of experience in an EH&S role required.
Experience with OSHA regulation compliance in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with EPA and/or FDEP regulation compliance in a manufacturing environment.
Experience planning work, setting targets, and meeting aggressive timelines.
Skilled in writing policy, procedures, and agency responses with an attention to detail.
Interpersonal skills and organizational skills to work with all levels of the organization.
This position is based in Apopka, Florida and requires 20% travel to additional locations in Central and South Florida.
Compensation:
For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $61200 - $113600 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with a demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.

Responsibilities:
* Environmental Sales Channel Partner (SCP) Management - Review the Environmental market coverage and partners as needed to increase Environmental sales revenue.
* Manage Environmental Sales Opportunities through the sales cycle and assist Sales Channel Partners in closing project opportunities.
* Utilize Dodge analytics, GovSpend, and dashboard metrics for ENV SCP review meetings.
* Make joint sales calls with Environmental SCP's to position Seepex products & services and manage current Environmental market OEM's and work with Business Development Manager to identify new ones.
* Educate SCP and Environmental Engineers on Seepex Products / Specifications.
* Maintain a list of key biosolids and pump personnel within Engineering firms.
* Review Specifications, position Seepex products and attempt to gain a competitive advantage on bid jobs.
* Direct Environmental Aftermarket Sales Partners and TM's to call on plants as needed.
* Analyze named competitors and record any competitive differences.
* Select Seepex equipment and recommend to Environmental Application Engineers.
* Hold pre-bid meetings with Environmental SCP's to review pricing and set strategy, bid Project with Environmental SCP, and record bid price along with any other relevant data for tracking of projects and report bid results as they become available.
* Identify key competitors in the Environmental market and develop presentations showing seepex advantages compared to these competitors. Stay informed of competitor activities.
Requirements:
