We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our next-generation digital asset and cryptocurrency platform. This role will be pivotal in building a robust and scalable platform capable of supporting a diverse range of products, including Exchange Traded Products (ETPs), private funds holding multiple tokens, and innovative features like staking, in-kind creates/redeems, and advanced trading capabilities. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. This role also requires a strong understanding of middle and back office functions within the financial services industry, specifically as they relate to digital assets.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for our digital asset and crypto platform, focusing on supporting new product launches and advanced functionalities.
Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business goals.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
Product Development & Launch:
Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, working closely with engineering, design, and operations teams.
Define detailed product requirements and specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
Oversee the development of core platform features, including staking, in-kind creates/redeems, token pair trading, and support for ETPs and private funds.
Manage the launch of new digital asset and crypto products, ensuring a smooth and successful rollout.
Middle & Back Office Functionality:
Define and implement middle and back office functionalities, including trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, design, operations, compliance, and legal teams.
Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze product data and user behavior to inform product decisions and optimize performance.
Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate product performance and insights.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 11-15 years of experience in product management, preferably in the digital asset or cryptocurrency industry. with atleast 2years of experience in Digital assets projects.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex financial products, including ETPs or private funds.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and cryptocurrency markets.
Experience with middle and back office financial operations.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with blockchain platforms, protocols, and smart contracts.
Understanding of API integrations and data management.
Ability to work with technical teams and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 41,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 145,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.

Job Summary:
The Squad Leader will supervise and lead the work activities of one ten-person forestry squad consisting of Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation, and Reentry (ADCRR) inmates. Work will include implementing forestry-related work, transporting squad members from the ADCRR facility to the worksite and back each day, maintaining vehicles and equipment, and inventorying equipment and supplies. It will also include documenting squad member time, incident records, training accomplishments, productivity metrics, and receipts.
Job Duties:
* Supervise and lead the work activities of one ten-person forestry squad consisting of Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation, and Reentry (ADCRR) inmates.
* Document squad member time, incident records, training accomplishments, productivity metrics, and receipts. Recruit, train, and motivate squad members.
* Training will be performed at the worksite as well as the Arizona State Prison Complex where squad members are housed. Train and prepare squad members to successfully pass an arduous pack test which consists of a 3-mile hike with a 45-pound pack over level terrain within 45 minutes.
* Manage the needs and concerns of squad members in a firm, fair, and consistent manner.
* Perform and supervise forestry-related work which includes carrying and using a 20 pound saw for an extended period of time, felling trees and thinning brush; carrying a 40 pound backpack filled with gear and supplies; hiking in rough and steep terrain, and in inclement weather; vigorous digging, lifting, dragging, scattering and piling of brush; camping outdoors with few amenities; applying herbicide with supervision.
* Implement the Incident Command System and coordinate activities with law enforcement, ADCRR, and DFFM staff.
* Participate in safety and compliance inspections, respond to emergencies, and perform on-call tasks as directed by the Crew Supervisor.
* Transport squad members to and from prison complex and worksite, driving long distances in a van with 10 passengers, maintaining vehicles and equipment, and inventory equipment and supplies.
* Drive on State business.
* Other duties as assigned.
