Conrad Smith is a CTO at Sr Technologies and is based in Pompano Beach, Florida. He has worked as Design Engineer at Vistek; Manager at Bermai, Inc.; and Snr Systems Engineer at Sr Technologies. Conrad attended University of Hertfordshire between 1988 and 1992.

John (JR) Russell is a Chief Operating Officer at SRT Group., Chief Marketing Officer at Sr Technologies, and Member Board Of Directors at SRT Group. and is based in Davie, Florida. He has worked as VP Sales, METS, Inc. / VP Sales, MobileVision at Mobile Electronic Tracking Systerms (METS, INC) / MobileVision LLC; Sr. VP Business Development at RMS Networks; and EVP Business Development at Starmark. John attended Miami Dade College between 1972 and 1974 and Florida International University - FIU between 1977 and 1979.

Luis E. Llorens, a 30-year computer engineer veteran joined SR Technologies in 2003 as a Senior Software Developer. His career at SRT has progressed to his current position of President and COO with a proven successful track record in managing on-going systems engineering, production and test phases of major commercial wireless communications tactical programs as well as contract services, customer liaison, support and reporting for major commercial and government programs. His technical background includes digital signal processing, extensive understanding of satellite communications systems, O&M operations and commercial telecom networks. Mr. Llorens graduated with honors from the University of Puerto Rico in 1986 and the University of Miami in 1987, where he earned a B.S. and an M.S. in computer engineering.
