Tom Greco joined Advance Auto Parts in April 2016 and has held his current role as President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a member of our Board of Directors since August 2016. Previously, Tom served as CEO and a member of our Board of Directors from April 2016 to August 2016. Prior to joining Advance, from September 2014 until April 2016, Tom served as CEO, Frito-Lay North America, a unit of PepsiCo, Inc. (“PepsiCo”), a leading global food and beverage company. In this role, Tom was responsible for overseeing PepsiCo’s snack and convenient foods business in the U.S. and Canada. He previously served as Executive Vice President, PepsiCo and President, Frito-Lay North America from September 2011 to September 2014 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Pepsi Beverages Company from 2009 to September 2011. Tom joined PepsiCo in Canada in 1986 and served in a variety of leadership positions, including Region Vice President, Midwest; President, Frito-Lay Canada; Senior Vice President, Sales, Frito-Lay North America; President, Global Sales, PepsiCo; and Executive Vice President, Sales, North America Beverages. Before joining PepsiCo, he worked at The Proctor & Gamble Company. Tom is a dedicated supporter of many charitable organizations, including the American Heart Association Heart Walk in Dallas and Raleigh, JDRF, Building Homes for Heroes and United Way. Tom earned his bachelor’s degree from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario and a master’s degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario.

D. James Umpleby III is an American businessman. He became the CEO of Caterpillar Inc. as of January 2017, and chairman of the Caterpillar board of directors in December 2018.

Richard Tobin is an Interim President & CEO at Dover Engineered Systems Inc, Board Member at DOVER CORP, and President/CEO at DOVER CORP. He has worked as Board Member at Chamber Of Commerce Of The United States Of America, CFO/Head:Information Technology at SGS, and CEO/Interim COO:Nafta at CNH INDUSTRIAL N.V.. Richard works or has worked as MEMBER at Business Roundtable. He studied at Drexel University and Norwich University.

Gene Lowe was named president and chief executive officer of the new SPX Corporation in 2015. In this leadership role, he is responsible for driving the company’s overall growth and profitability as a diversified, global supplier of infrastructure equipment focused on three key segments: HVAC, detection and measurement, and power. Gene joined SPX in 2008, holding multiple strategic leadership positions, most recently as the president of SPX’s Thermal Equipment and Services segment. His tenure at SPX also includes roles leading the Evaporative Cooling business and the marketing, strategy, and business development functions within the Thermal segment where he focused on driving differentiation through technology innovation and operational initiatives. Prior to joining SPX, Gene held positions with Milliken, Bain & Company and Lazard Technology Partners. Gene earned his MBA with distinguished honors from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business and his B.S. in management science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Sachin Lawande is currently President of HARMAN’s Infotainment Division. Mr. Lawande is responsible for all worldwide operations, direction, and performance of the division, as well as infotainment design, engineering, and production. From 2011 to 2013, Mr. Lawande served the dual role as the Co-President of HARMAN’s Lifestyle and Infotainment Divisions. Prior to that, he served as Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Co-President, Automotive Division at Harman, responsible for guiding software strategy, development partnerships, and key customer relationships. He was instrumental in launching an offshore development center in India as part of Harman's strategy for optimizing its global engineering footprint. Mr. Lawande joined Harman International in 2006, following senior roles at QNX Software Systems and 3Com Corporation. As Vice President of Engineering Services of QNX Software Systems, Mr. Lawande was responsible for pre- and post-sales customer support, custom engineering, system integration, design consulting, and training services at QNX Software. While at QNX, he oversaw the market introduction of new operating system capabilities, such as power management, advanced graphics, and enhanced networking features. Before joining QNX, Mr. Lawande was responsible for development of networking and consumer electronics systems at corporate giants such as AT&T Bell Labs, U.S. Robotics, and 3Com. He was a key contributor to an array of leading-edge products, including the Total Control remote access server, U.S. Robotics Sportster modems, and 3Com's Ergo product line. Mr. Lawande has a wealth of experience in developing embedded systems and software. He holds three patents in Communications Software and is a founding Member of COMPASS, a Chicago-area organization of embedded software and IT professionals. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Bombay University in India and a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University.
