Description of Role
SRI is hiring skilled Integration Technicians experienced in ISP / Central Office / Headend / Data Center network facilities to support the deployment and maintenance of high-performance network environments across the nation. This role goes beyond standard rack-and-stack work - we're looking for techs with deep knowledge in structured cabling, RF systems, and fiber integration who can work confidently in headend, central office, and enterprise data center settings. With a clear growth path from Level 1 to Level 4, this position is ideal for professionals who take pride in precise, standards-based installs and thrive in critical network facility environments.
Core Responsibilities (All Levels):
Deliver high-quality infrastructure installations and on-site support that exceed customer expectations

Must complete a minimum of 1.5 years or show equivalent proficiency for advancement.
Skill Level 2 - Technician
1.5+ years of digital infrastructure / network facility support experience or equivalent proven proficiency.
Proficient in all Level 1 tasks and begins independent work on passive systems.
Completes cabinet/rack installation, cable management (ironwork, ladder rack, fiber duct), and grounding.
Installs and dresses CAT5/6 and fiber network cabling.
Performs basic network cable testing and basic DC power installation.
Adds/removes cabling on non-working equipment only.
Supports network testing and fiber prep work in network facilities.

Skill Level 3 - Lead Technician

Configures and turns up network facility equipment including advanced OEM platforms.

As an Electrical Controls Technician, you would be responsible for diagnostics, repairs, and maintaining Cedar Point's controls systems. Working as a team, the systems are maintained to a high standard. This is done utilizing digital multi-meters, PLC ladder logic, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, and other types of diagnostic software and tools. Must have a working knowledge of Allen Bradley controls to include DC and AC drives and a multitude of PLCs from the tried-and-true PLC5 to the latest and greatest ControlLogix. The brands of drives and PLCs are not limited to Allen Bradley.
Responsibilities:
Install and repair electrical systems.

Diagnose PLC (SLC500, PLC5, NUMA LOGIC, ControlLogix 5000, CompactLogix) and relay logic electrical problems.
Working knowledge of Allen Bradley, Icom software programs, hydraulic and pneumatic systems desirable.
