Most of the coworkers are great people.
Manager favoritism plays a huge part in promotions. You can get away with doing very little actual work, as long as you spend enough time chatting it up in the boss's office. Hours get cut on the regular, raises are laughable, and it's very rare to get bonuses. None of those things should be an issue, considering the annual profits this company earns. The hard working employees get taken advantage of, while the managers friends have little to no responsibility or accountability.
Medical benefits are expensive considering the coverage recieved.
Never met them. Feels like they don't care about the boots on the ground crews that are actually making the company money.
Better accountability and more specific responsibilities for employees and managers. Safety equipment use and equipment pre checks are not enforced.
About average, annual raises are minimal
