What You Will Get To Do:

* Demonstrate the value of SS&C's support offerings to clients, identifying opportunities for expanded support business.

* Stay updated on SEC, FINRA, and state regulations related to alternative investments, ensuring that the company's services remain compliant and align with industry standards.
* Utilize analytical and technical skills to monitor performance, interpret data, and manage reporting on investor flows, NAV calculations, and fee structures.
* Develop and implement procedures to optimize service delivery, reduce client downtime, and lower support costs.

What You Will Bring:
* Experience & Knowledge:
* 5+ years in retail alternative investments, especially in fund administration, or transfer agency operations, or investor servicing.
* Proven experience in client relationship management with a deep understanding of alternative investment products and distribution channels.
* Experience with wirehouses, independent broker-dealers (IBDs), registered investment advisors (RIAs), and intermediary platforms (e.g., iCapital, CAIS).
* Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, SEC, FINRA, and state regulations specific to retail alternative investments.

We are seeking a skilled, execution-focused Project Manager that will assist with driving supply chain logistics process improvements, document current processes, SOPs and flows, ensuring compliance alignment, supporting warehouse system initiatives, and coordinating efforts across business and operational teams to support scalable execution

What You'll Do
Performance Monitoring

Project Coordination

What You Will Get To Do:
* Project Planning: Create and update project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource lists.
* Project Support & Execution: Coordinate tasks with team members, stakeholders, and vendors; help track risks, changes, and issues.
* Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and assist with status updates, reports, and basic metrics.
* Communication: Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and keep stakeholders informed on project updates and goals.
* Monitoring & Follow-Up: Track risks, identify issues, and keep projects on schedule.
* Project Close-Out: Ensure project deliverables are met and accepted by stakeholders, , collect feedback, and document lessons learned.
What You Will Bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, a related field, or equivalent work experience
* 1-3 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services
* Solid understanding of project management principles a must
* Experience with retail alternative investments is a plus
* Experience managing small to medium-sized projects and delivering them on time and within budget
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary/wage rate is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions.
The expected base salary for the position in MA is between $50,000 USD to $100,000 USD.
In addition to their salary, successful candidates may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus and stock options.
