Play a leading role in datacenter site selection and technical due diligence at Amazon. You will lead technical site due diligence projects, partnering with stakeholders across the AWS infrastructure organization, to shape the future of AWS' infrastructure growth and investments.
You will play a key role in site selection and site due diligence for new and existing AWS regions. You will scope the technical studies and analysis required to appropriately evaluate prospective datacenter sites, hire and oversee the work of engineering and technical consultancies, understand the inter-relationships between technical disciplines, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and interpret the results of this analysis to make site acquisition, design, engineering, and technology recommendations. You will evaluate the impact of identified site risks and constraints on development costs and schedules.
The right person for this role will have a strong track record of technical program management, the demonstrated ability to deliver multiple high priority projects simultaneously, the ability to drive alignment across teams with competing priorities, and be a strong advocate for technical risk management.
Key job responsibilities
- Guiding the expansion of AWS infrastructure in new and existing regions by delivering technical site risk analysis and due diligence assessments.
- Owning infrastructure site selection and due diligence projects, applying standard approaches, templates, designs, and processes.

The Data Center Global Services team is looking for exceptional individuals to join our Controls organization as a Controls Technician for Service & Construction of the Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) within Amazon data centers. Key job responsibilities

· Perform first-line diagnostics, troubleshooting and maintenance of instrumentation associated with the BMS and EPMS in data centers.
· Perform network configurations and communication testing between third party devices and controllers or servers.
· Configuration and calibration of sensors.
· Able to read and understand Electrical schematics, control panel drawings. Basic understanding of close loop controls, field sensors scaling, AND/OR functions typically performed by industrial controllers.
· Supervise low voltage electrical contractors who perform wiring and installation of field devices.
· Commissioning and systems level testing support.
· Provide red-lined drawings and recommendations based on field work and verify accuracy of as-built drawings.
· Assist in performing root cause analysis during testing and commissioning.
· Ensure all personnel on site utilize proper safety methodology.
· Work on-call and a rotating schedule when required and responds to after-hours emergencies.
· Perform basic support concepts such as ticketing systems, root cause analysis, and task prioritization.

GRS Safety Lead, Global Road Safety - Field Execution

Application deadline: Feb 6, 2026 We are seeking an experienced GRS Safety Lead for our West region in the United States of America (USA) to drive transportation safety excellence and ensure consistent implementation of safety standards across our network. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational safety management to create a robust safety culture and reduce on-the-road (OTR) safety incidents and events across all miles. In this position you will be responsible for collaborating with local operations and support teams to execute road safety standards, as well as supporting harmonization between OTR and under the roof (UTR) /on-site safety practices. You will also be responsible for engaging contracted transportation partners in your region, like Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), Flex Delivery Partners (DPs) and Middle Mile carriers, and supporting their conformance to Amazon safety standards. In this role, you will serve as your region's road safety subject matter expert (SME) and the GRS Field Execution organization's primary representative. Safety Operations Management: Lead day-to-day OTR safety operations across the regional network, ensuring consistent implementation of safety standards. As part of the global controls team, you will work with highly motivated experts and innovators in the data center industry. AWS Data centers have multiple components such as generators, uninterruptable power sources, diesel generators, electrical switchgear, power distribution units, variable frequency drives, automatic/static transfer switches, chillers [air-cooled and water-cooled], pumps, cooling towers, heat exchangers, CRAHs, air economizers, etc. All these components have local control systems that interact with each other via open and/or proprietary communications protocols. The BMS is the primary method of control of all mechanical systems within a data center. The EPMS is the primary method of monitoring all electrical systems within a data center.
Key job responsibilities
As a Data Center Controls Engineer you will:
• Troubleshoot and perform Root Cause Analysis or Corrective Action for BMS and EPMS related issues in AWS data centers.
• Train and assist internal customers and stakeholders with the creation, design, configuration, validation, installation, commissioning and operation of BMS and EPMS systems.
• Provide technical assistance and support to operations during life cycle of the data center.
• Review results and action items from the quarterly maintenances for BMS and EPMS and take actions to get them resolved.

The 2nd Shift CNC Machinist will heavy operation on CNC lathes in support of machining and other manufacturing process operations.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Responsibilities
Machine operation involves loading and tending runs of parts, or performing one-step operations on individual parts
Positions and secures tools in holding device, machine tables, chuck, centers, and fixtures
Verifies conformance of machined work piece to specifications
Reads blueprints, job orders, tooling instructions, and standard charts for such specifications as dimensions, tolerances, and tooling instructions
Understand and perform to all quality regulations, standards and policies, including but not limited to ISO 9001:2015 and AAR M-1003. Follow work procedures and ensure highest level of quality
Indexes turret and adjusts positions of tools at each station in relation to work piece to assure clearance between moving parts and machining of specified dimensions and tolerances
Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required
Pressure test parts according to drawing or work procedure.
Performs housekeeping duties including 5S, coolant replacement, and TPM
Must be able to perform simple inspection using calipers, micrometers, and other miscellaneous gages

Strong ProActive development experience.
Proficiency in Postman, REST APIs, JSON.
Expertise in Manhattan Active LM, Slotting, MHE/WCS integration, SCI reporting.
Skilled in JasperSoft Studio, Apache FreeMarker, Apache Velocity for labels/reports.
Ability to train end-users and document best practices.
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with 3PL integrations and warehouse automation (Knapp, AutoStore, Geek+ preferred).
Knowledge of CSV, GXP, SOX compliance and supply chain practices.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $135,000 - $155,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
