In this role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-assets and complex family law cases. The position is full-time and onsite at the firms' Orlando, Florida office. Responsibilities include: · Responsible for family law cases · Guiding clients through the dissolution of marriage process · Preparing and arguing motions · Handling discovery · Conducting depositions · Attending mediations · Conducting legal research · Calculating child support · Staying current with changes in family law and legal practice Qualifications: Must have a Florida Bar license in good standing Must have 3+ years of Family Law experience Must have familiarity with Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure Must have Civil Litigation experience Must have strong academic credentials Must have experience with discovery, depositions, hearings, meditations and trial prep.
