Job Title: SSRS Developer

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI (Onsite)

Duration: 9 Months

Tax terms-C2C

Key points: Need minimum solid IT candidate with combination of SSRS and SQL Expert + T-SQL Experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

Requires BA/BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Analytics related field and 4+ years' related experience in analytics development
3+ Years of experience in Microsoft SSRS and SQL Server
Demonstrated experience in assisting in building out a data warehouse and knowledge of data warehouse principles.
Strong experience in SQL and T-SQL.
Experience in applying concepts to meet various business needs and then translating the needs into design specifications and then build out the required solution.
Proficient building calculations and presentations in SSRS using T-SQL over SQL server to meet various business needs.
Full lifecycle experience in waterfall and agile development methodologies.
Intelligent but practical; you want to get things done and love simplicity.
Excellent presenter, influencer.

Responsibilities:

Applies fundamental level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues.
Works on problems / projects of moderately complex scope. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies.
Assists in the understanding of requirements using past experiences to properly design out reports real-time with users.
Design and develop Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports as required and identify new design patterns and prototypes functionality as required
Diagnoses and repairs issues as needed and explains design alternatives and decisions. Works independently.
Deliver consulting expertise based on your assigned role, to our clients and assure delivery excellence in all assigned work.
Work in an agile manner to pick up new technologies and concepts quickly to meet the fast pace digital environment
Meet with client as required to provide delivery expertise and drive results and work to build client relationships and trust.
Based on past and current client execution, work with peers to develop point of views, new solutions, accelerators that will assist in driving results.
Using your experience, assist as needed with building out innovative solutions that will accelerate implementation and time to market for our clients.
