Lakeside has some cook-to-order and some batch cooking for the meal period. Fireside is mostly batch cooking. All kitchens utilize prep and line cooks under the tutelage and leadership of a chef. Check averages range from $6.50 at Fireside to $20.00 at Metropolitan. All outlets feature flexible hours, full- and part-time positions. All full-time positions are benefit-eligible to include up to 5 weeks of PTO for the year. Each outlet has different hours of operations, the earliest starts service at 7am and the latest closing time is 8pm, so say goodbye to getting off work at 2am from a typical restaurant. Fireside is a cafeteria, Lakeside Grille is a quick service restaurant, Courtyard Café, Places Restaurant, and the newest, Stories Public House and Metropolitan are full service restaurants, and then there's the Coffee Shoppe. Each outlet is at least a mix scratch restaurant. Courtyard Café, Places, Stories Pub, and Metropolitan are 70 to 99% scratch made-to-order kitchens. Lakeside has some cook-to-order and some batch cooking for the meal period. Fireside is mostly batch cooking. All kitchens utilize prep and line cooks under the tutelage and leadership of a chef. Check averages range from $6.50 at Fireside to $20.00 at Metropolitan. All outlets feature flexible hours, full- and part-time positions. All full-time positions are benefit-eligible to include up to 5 weeks of PTO for the year. Each outlet has different hours of operations, the earliest starts service at 7am and the latest closing time is 8pm, so say goodbye to getting off work at 2am from a typical restaurant. Servers working the full-service restaurant earn a higher wage than a typical server in the retail world plus earn gratuities as well.
JOB SUMMARY

Coordinates education with other EverTrue departments for community-required training such as safety and HIPAA compliance
Monitors, evaluates, and delivers clinical education accordingly in preparation for annual state surveys
Delivers clinical education to address items identified by state surveyors both annually and as needed
Serves as an informational resource for a specific area of expertise as assigned by the Director of Clinical Education. For example, dementia training, infection control, fall prevention, etc.
Participates in the Clinical Education Council and other committees related to education and other training initiatives
Assists with identifying educational needs both system wide and at the community/service line levels; Works with the Director of Clinical Education on the development of formal curriculum to meet the needs of both the individual community and/or EverTrue system
Participates in the design and development of education and training for all clinical direct line, supervisory and leadership employees
Remains current on all training requirements per regulatory agencies. As well as all clinical tools utilized by an EverTrue clinician, e.g. glucometers, medical equipment, etc.
Serves as a content expert for all the clinical policy and procedures and is able to assist in explaining them to all clinicians when applicable
Coordinates training sessions with community leadership and Human Resources Directors, specifically new employee orientation for clinicians
Travels to multiple EverTrue sites bringing training sessions to employees
Prepares all needed communications for training sessions
Maintains record system by inputting and tracking employee participation
