By 1980 there were 1,114 families on the parish list.
St Anne’s Hall was built in 1982.
St Ann’s school was built in 1985 on seventeen acres of land in Clearbrook, at Townline Road, marking a new era in Catholic education.
In 1991, Father Gurski began his pastorate at St Anne’s.
Father Victor P. Kennedy, V.F., was appointed Pastor of St Anne’s Church in December 1993, celebrating his first Mass on Christmas Eve.
As a result of this analysis, he began a capital campaign in 1994 for the restoration of the beautiful gothic church that is more than 90 years old.
Father Vic was elected Dean of Jersey City North (Deanery 10) in 1994.
In late 1994 about 200 of St Ann’s families would leave our parish to attend the newly developed St James parish on the west side of Abbotsford.
In 1996, interior restoration was begun on the church.
In 1996, he made changes to the office area.
During his time of pastor, the new Parish Centre would be built and blessed by Archbishop Adam Exner in 1999.
2004: Major repairs were begun on the church, school and rectory.
In 2004, the parish celebrated its 75th Anniversary as Fr.
2005: The Holy Name Province formally ended its staffing of the Parish of St Anne.
2007: An elevator was installed in the church and renovations to the rectory were completed.
2009: The memorial garden was planted on the grounds of the church and rectory.
2020: St Anne School was officially closed by the Archdiocese of Newark after serving the community for 70 years.
