The Long Prairie Hospital is looking to add a Surgical Technologist to their team! As a Surgical Technologist, you will perform a combination of tasks before, during and after surgery to assist the surgical team. You will be responsible for preparing the operating rooms for a wide range of surgeries and procedures as well as tracking inventory of surgical materials and tools to assure patient safety. In this role, you will work closely with physicians, CRNA's, registered nurses and other surgical personnel to deliver quality patient care. Schedule Full-time | 64 hours every two weeks | Long Prairie Hospital Various shifts Monday - Friday | 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (dependent on surgery schedule) Rotating weekend, weekday and holiday on call Potential travel to Melrose and Sauk Centre Hospitals on an as needed basis Pay and Benefits Starting pay begins at $26.63 per hour and increases with experience Pay range: $25.20 - $37.81 per hour Up to $10,000 student loan repayment or $5,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates!
