Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in processing vehicle deals accurately and efficiently.
Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for proper costing and posting of all vehicles sold calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculate sales commissions.
Record vehicle transactions to accounting.
Prepares tax and title documents.
Reconcile Dealer Reserve statement, accounting schedules and product aftermarket submissions.
Record purchased vehicles to inventory.
Prepare paperwork for lenders to obtain funding.
Verify all funds due have been collected and documented.
Process payments to floor plan institutions.
Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the costing process.
Prepare payoff checks for trade-ins and follow up on all trade titles.
Process after sale warranties and related documents for month end
Maintaining strict compliance with all Titling laws and filing requirements
Maintain an elevated level of confidentiality.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
2 years of Automotive Billing experience required.
Prior dealership or automotive titling experience is required.
Proficient in accounting as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
An initiative-taker and the ability to multi-task
Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment.
Strong organizational, analytical & critical thinking skills.
Willing to submit a background check.
