* Assist LPN and CMA staff with advanced procedures as needed
* Ensure patient phone calls to the provider are accurately documented in the EMR, including supporting documentation detailing resolution
* Reviews and completes medication refills for primary clinic provider's in a timely matter
Manage triage duties and responsibilities.
* Answer triage line; assist concerned patients via phone
* Follow triage protocols to determine appropriate next steps
* Act as walk-in patient triage nurse; perform RN duties and responsibilities as needed based on situation
Complies with department and facility standards.

* Perform work according to organization policies and procedures
