What You Can Expect:
Perform duties as a Dialysis Nurse.
Supervise and monitor direct patient care provided by PCTs, LPNs, and RNs including but not limited to initiating, monitoring and terminating dialysis treatments as well as physical assessment of patients.
Monitor overall performance and clinical outcomes for the facility in collaboration with the Medical Director and Clinic Administrator.
In collaboration with the Clinic Administrator, review of patient flow sheets is completed at end of day as well as spot checks during the day; verifying documentation accuracy for decreased blood flow rates, other prescription changes, early discontinuation, and fluctuations in blood pressure with notification to charge nurse.
Audit flowsheets to ensure transcription and implementation of Physician's orders is completed.
Participate in QAPI and supports outcome management through appropriate action plans.
Collaborate with the Clinic Administrator for patient care staffing, matching patient needs with staff capabilities and experiences to maximize staffing resources.
Collaborate with the Clinic Administrator on the scheduling of patients to ensure all patients are treated in a timely manner.
Assist in the teaching and training of new staff members as directed by the Nurse Educator - i.e., machines, ROS, procedures etc.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert and assist nurse educator with training for staff in all clinical systems.
Ensure vascular access management for the patients is documented as needed.

Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer, you are responsible for performing routine and high-risk obstetrical ultrasound cases. You will demonstrate knowledge in various fetal conditions and anomalies as well as an understanding of contributing high-risk maternal factors.
You will implement a procedure plan that falls within established protocols
You will recognize sonographic characteristics of normal and abnormal function, tissue, structure, and blood flow
You will perform measurements and calculations according to practice protocol
You will strive to minimize patient exposure to acoustic energy without compromising examination quality and/or completeness
You will sonogram maternal pelvic structures, fetal biometry, long bones, AFI, FHRT's, extremities, calvaria, brain and facial structures
You will sonogram maternal uterine arteries as well as fetal umbilical and middle cerebral arteries
You will record diagnostic images and data for use by the interpreting provider
What qualifications you will need:
Two years' experience as a Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer (MFM)

This means it provides the highest level of care for pregnant and postpartum patients, especially those with serious or complex medical, surgical, or pregnancy-related conditions, including those at high risk for maternal morbidity or mortality. The center includes a 95+ bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with 30+ private rooms, 10+ rooms for very small babies, and 10+ beds for babies needing neurological care. It also has 35+ labor, delivery, and recovery rooms, including Central Texas' first low-intervention birthing suites with tubs. There are 95+ postpartum beds, 20+ antepartum beds, and Cesarean section surgical suites. The facility offers 24/7 neonatology coverage, OB/GYN hospitalists, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, lactation consultants, and a midwifery program. It is part of the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development Maternal-Fetal Medicine Units Network and TexasAIM, and it also provides a high-risk pregnancy navigation and support program.
St. David's Surgical Hospital is part of St. David's North Austin Medical Center and is the first Level 4 Epilepsy Center in Central Texas for both adults and children. It has its own 24-hour emergency department, a medical-surgical inpatient unit, and a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) for patients ages 17 and under. The hospital is staffed with pediatric emergency physicians, pediatric hospitalists, intensivists, and other specialists who are specially trained to care for children. It also includes certified child-life specialists who help kids feel more comfortable during their hospital stay. St. David's Children's Hospital offers many pediatric services, such as pediatric surgery, pediatric radiology (including imaging and interventional procedures), and pediatric anesthesia for surgical support. Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Certified Surgical Tech - Materials Manager, under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to the company's mission and vision by assisting with the provision of safe and effective nursing care in accordance with a defined scope of practice within the operating room. This may include: direct patient care and observation, scrubbing and assisting the surgeon at the operative field, surgical room turnover between cases, collection and recording of pertinent clinical data in the medical record and consistent collaboration with the Registered Nurse in clinical decision making. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete records concerning ordering and receiving payments in a timely and cost-effective manner.
What you will do in this role:
Demonstrate necessary practical, technical, or specialized skills required for the role of the surgical technician in accordance with the Association of Surgical Technologists
Assist in preparing the operative suite for surgery by checking and gathering supplies, equipment, and instruments
Ensure that surgical asepsis is maintained in the handling of instruments, sponges, sutures, drains, needles, and dressings
Assist in the turnover of the operating room suites between cases, disposing of trash and linens, and cleaning of equipment and environmental surfaces
Prepare procedure room for use the following day by bringing in equipment, setting up, "pulling cases" accurately, and reporting to supervisor items that are needed and not available
Establish and maintain levels and controls of supplies and equipment for your Surgery Center
You will be responsible for purchases by referencing and utilizing purchase orders and verifying accuracy and completeness once orders are received
You will prepare goods for return and be responsible for shipment of all goods from your Surgery Center
Establish and maintain PAR stock levels in all areas
You will manage contract pricing in line with industry standards
You will coordinate and participate in biannual inventory procedures
You will process accounts payable and match billing invoices for coding and processing in conjunction with your Business Office Manager
Confer with your physicians and nursing staff on special products or equipment needed and initiate training where applicable
Qualifications you will need:
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program as required per facility practice and state regulatory requirement; otherwise preferred
Surgical Tech Certification
One year experience in an operating room setting (preferably in an ambulatory surgery center)

Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Radiology Technologist, you will utilize x-ray to assist in diagnosis and/or treatment while always adhering to state, regulatory, and Radiation Right guidelines. You will perform radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner. You will exercise professional judgement in performance of services and maintain a demeanor complementary to medical ethics. You will provide appropriate patientcare and recognize patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure. You will work closely with other healthcare team members to facilitate exceptional patient care and efficient completion of diagnostic studies while also promoting optimal unit operations.
You will perform all Diagnostic Radiologic Procedures
You will Demonstrate technique to produce optimal study
You will correctly use all equipment in clinical area, including but not limited to :fluoro, c-arm ,Tomo, and portable units
You will interpret physician orders prior to performing exam to ensure optimal study
You will refer technique/study issues to Senior Tech/Radiologist as appropriate
You will utilize appropriate markers/ID on each exam
You will assist radiologist with procedures
You will demonstrate sterile technique as appropriate
You will prepare patient for exams
You willdemonstrateawareness of physician supply preferences and/or uses Radiology preference cards
You will verbalizeindicationfor various contrast mediums
You will provide patient care throughout procedure
You will assess patient's level of understanding regarding procedure to be performed; provide information as needed, at appropriate level for patient
You will ensure patient safety throughout exam
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1330-2200
What qualifications you will need:
Two years' experience as a Radiologic Technologist in an acute care setting- preferred
Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology program
Current Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) certification with Texas Medical Board (TMB)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Certified in Radiology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT, (R))

Job Summary and Qualifications
As an Electrophysiology Lab Technologist (EP Tech), you are responsible for providing a safe patient care environment that aids in the diagnosis and treatment of patients experiencing cardiac procedures. You will maintain and operate the physiological systems, assist physicians during the procedures, and perform unit-based activities, which contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
* You will demonstrate familiarity with the basics of radiation/radiation safety.
* You will position x-ray camera for fluoroscopy/angiography.
* You will pan table to accurately visualize requested/appropriate views.
* You will perform daily checks to ensure proper equipment function.
* You will demonstrate sterile technique for handling sterile instruments/supplies.
* You will proficiently enter data on EP Hemodynamic Monitoring system.
* You will assist with monitoring patient condition throughout procedure including, but not limited to rhythm Vital signs, response to interventions, art lines.
* You will document required procedure steps, supplies used and patient condition into medical record throughout case.
* You will communicate with the Circulating nurse supplies used for patient charge ticket and verify accuracy.
* You will monitor patients in holding area as assigned
* You will proficiently remove sheaths and hold pressure to achieve hemostasis.
* You will demonstrate proficiency with equipment in EP Lab.
Job Requirements
Experience
* Two years Electrophysiology or Cardiac Cath Lab experience performing both diagnostic and interventional procedures- preferred
Education
* Graduate of Cardiovascular Technologist program OR Radiologic Technology program
Licenses and Certifications
* If Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS): Required within 6 months OR If Radiologic Technologist: Certified through Texas Medical Board and registered with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT): Required upon hire
* BLS Certification as per St. David's Healthcare policy
* ACLS Certification as per St. David's Healthcare policy
