Responsibilities of a Housekeeper
Dust and damp mop floors following procedures as assigned.
Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement.
Clean all assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitize all surfaces. Follow the ten-step cleaning procedure.
Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items needed to maintain a clean safe environment for our residents, visitors and staff.
Seek out areas that require cleaning and take the initiative to complete the task.
Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
Complete all tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Resident laundry.
Qualifications for a Housekeeper
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to handle frequent interruptions.
Follow directions and instructions.
Identify safety and hazards and act accordingly.
Carry out proper cleaning procedures on a daily basis.
Ability to complete tasks to the highest standards possible.

The Home Care Biller is responsible for preparation and collecting of Medicare
and HMO receivables. Responsible for researching and responding to Medicare and HMO payment discrepancies.
Responsibilities for a Home Care Biller:
Obtain bills and related documentation for all HMO claims paid different from billed amount. Call HMO on discrepancies.
Maintain the spreadsheet to track HMO balances due.
Document conversations with HMO on spreadsheet.
Obtain and track all required authorizations for services, communicate with the clinical team for information.
Serves as a resource to administration, clinical, and scheduling staff regarding third-party reimbursable services.
Respond to third party customer inquiries. Reconcile customer accounts. Facilitate collections.
Process Medicare billing, transmit RAP's and final bills, post adjustments to A/R.
Attend meetings related to receivable issues.
Responsible for understanding and implementing changes.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate a high degree of commitment to customer service and provision of quality care.
Act as a backup to payroll during absences.
Verify all insurance and coinsurance with Medicare for Medicare and HMO cases prior to admission.
Qualifications for a Home Care Biller:
High School Diploma.
3 or more years of experience working in a business office in the healthcare field.
Experience with Medicare billing.
Proficiency with billing software and accounts receivable principles and protocols.
Proficient using MS Outlook, Excel and MatrixCare.

Physical Requirements:

The role also serves as a liaison between the General Manager and the Astec corporate team to ensure cohesion in strategy and execution.

Lead the deployment of the Hoshin Kanri strategy framework at the plant and Asphalt business unit level to ensure alignment with corporate goals and initiatives.

Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician
Operates and maintains all equipment including the HVAC systems, high pressure boilers, generators and steam equipment.
Reads and records information from meters and gauges at specified intervals to verify operating conditions.
Consistently demonstrates support of the Residence by striving for excellence, contributing to the team efforts and showing respect and compassion for residents of the community and their families, fellow employees, and all others with whom there is contact with.
Inspects meters periodically and monitors operations of all stationary equipment such as high-pressure steam equipment, hot water heaters, water chilling equipment, air handling equipment and emergency power generators.
Records in logbook all readings of the various gauges, meters and thermometers monitored.
Evaluates the need for a change in service and adjusts controls to bring equipment into prescribed or recommended operating ranges.
Checks computer printout for alarms or irregularities in operating equipment and takes necessary action, such as informing proper authorities or cancelling alarms.
Performs minor corrective repair work as circumstances dictate and continues preventive maintenance program.
Performs additional maintenance duties on evening and night shifts as required, such as monitoring service of elevators and contacting elevator company, if necessary.
Provide our residents with daily care in accordance with our established policies and procedures and assure that the highest degree of quality care will be always maintained.
Qualifications for a Maintenance Technician
High school diploma preferred.
2 years of trade school or on-the-job related experience.
Experience at a CCRC as a maintenance tech is a plus.
Equipment, manual skills required
General understanding of HVAC and the refrigeration cycle, building repair tools and equipment.
Equipment installation and basic understanding of other trades acquired through similar on-the-job training.
