Residents and coworkers are like family

Cons of working at Saint Joseph's Home of Springfield

Management is horrible and dishonest . Don't care about anyone except money in their pockets. They lie about staffing ratio when you apply then it changes after your working there. One nurse and one cna for unit or floor happens more often especially with call offs .the food is deplorable .don't recommend working or being here

None .you don t get perks at this job.everyone quits even new hires . High turnover in every department.pay low for nurses .don't recommend this place .don't judge a place by its cover .looks nice don't be fooled
