The Manager of Change and Employee Experience is responsible for supporting change management strategies and designing and implementing processes, metrics, and programs that enhance the end-to-end employee experience. Ensures consistent leading practices across journeys, solutions and experience initiatives.
Assists in the identification of CX and EX interdependencies and contribute to resolution.
Leverages customer and employee insights to help make data-driven, customer-centric decisions that support employee and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for development and execution of measurable, results-based strategies and related deliverables that support experience programs.
Leads BSWH's end-to-end employee experience design efforts - from framing the problem and ideation through implementation.
Utilizes human-centered design practices to tackle complex problems and enhance employee experiences.
Works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to look at the full organizational ecosystem and ensure experiences resonate as intended.
Shares insights and data through strong narrative writing and storytelling and clear, thorough recommendations based on the analysis.

The Data Registry Coordinator is responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and submitting accurate clinical data to designated clinical registries.. The Coordinator serves as a content expert for registry standards, measures, and guidelines, and collaborates with multidisciplinary clinical teams and committees across a multi-hospital environment. Can work 4x10 hour shifts or 5 x 8 hour shifts. It is an exempt position. The only day that can't be a “off” day other than PTO is Tuesday because most meetings are on that day.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Provide oversight and adherence with Human Subject Protection to ensure data quality and integrity implementing high reliability organization training
Identify patients for inclusion in the clinical registries through the application of strict inclusion/exclusion criteria and protocols.
Collect and validate data for the program using the applicable criteria and definitions established by the registry.
Establish and maintain adequate workflow for data collection.
Provide accurate and timely submission of data into the program's website and assure the transmission of completed data according to the program's targets and deadlines.
Analyze data and report to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with clinical departments/units on performance improvement initiatives.
Ensure that our data registry(ies) is in compliance with all relevant regulations and that our data is of the highest quality.
Provide registry oversight, guidance and alignment of IRB policies and procedure under the direction of Dermatology Research Manager.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Cleveland Clinic's Division of General Radiology invites Board Certified/Eligible Emergency Radiologists to join our 2 nd Shift Section (late afternoon/ evening). These positions are due to expand to meet the needs of our growing service. Fellowship training is preferred (ideally in Body Imaging or Emergency Radiology). Successful applicants will practice general emergency radiology in addition to their area of fellowship training. This position does not require procedures, onsite coverage, or relocation to Ohio.
Coverage spans from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. EST with a preferred core schedule of 1 week (7 days) on, followed by 1 week (7 days) off, with additional weekends off per year. Alternative schedule of 1 week (7 days) on, followed by 2 weeks (14 days) off available to those interested (reduced compensation).
Successful applicants will need to have or obtain Ohio, and Florida licensure. This opportunity is available with residence in the lower 48 United States (with a few exceptions, including California and Colorado).

The 2nd shift section is perceived as a substantial asset to the department and enjoys universal support and appreciation from the department leadership. In addition to covering our hospitals and outpatient facilities in Greater Cleveland/ Akron, Ohio area, the late shift section provides call coverage to the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Emergency Department, and Cleveland Clinic Florida. All departments and outpatient facilities are networked with PACS (AGFA EI), Voice Recognition (Powerscribe 360) and EMR (EPIC). This continues to evolve as the Cleveland Clinic invests in state-of-the-art technology as one of the largest integrated systems in the U.S.
QUALIFICATIONS

* Receive transfer requests from physicians, mid-level providers or representatives from internal and external facilities (e.g., demographic, insurance and clinical data).
* Coordinate referrals to appropriate medical service as needed for referred patient.
* Connect referring parties with accepting Cleveland Clinic provider to determine appropriateness of transfer.
* Perform follow up communication with Financial Counselors, Case Managers and nursing staff to help expedite transfers to the Cleveland Clinic Health system facility.
* Collaborate with Patient Flow Coordinators and Access RNs to determine availability of appropriate bed.
* Coordinate with ambulance providers to provide transportation within the Cleveland Clinic Health System.
* Actively participate in the maintenance of 24/7 daily systems to maximize patient flow and optimize bed capacity across the enterprise.
* Support centralized communications between referring and accepting provider services (e.g., preparing for and leading bed meetings, ensuring accuracy of electronic patient placement systems data, providing backup for patient placement discussions and decisions across the enterprise).
* Implement HIPPA privacy regulations and Patient Bill of Rights and act as a resource for others in the organization.
* Oversee emergency and electronic back-up methods and procedures to support patient flow.
* Meet regularly with Transfer Center team members to discuss, problem-solve, and develop mitigation strategies related to improvement of patient flow.
* Actively engage in daily implementation of strategic goals as they relate to capacity management, patient flow and department development.
* Interpret and support policies, procedures and safety standards to facilitate daily operations.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
* Associate's Degree and a strong clinical background with at least one year of relevant clinical experience as a Clinical Technician, EMT-B, Medical Assistant, LPN or RN OR High School Diploma/GED and two years of experience

The Manager of Change and Employee Experience is responsible for supporting change management strategies and designing and implementing processes, metrics, and programs that enhance the end-to-end employee experience. The Manager of Change and Experience will assist in the planning, development, and implementation of organizational change and culture programs for Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) and will build a deep understanding of the end-to-end employee experience, the strategic drivers, current pain points, and future needs by gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources. The individual will ensure consistent leading practices are applied across change management programs and the employee experience with minimal disruption to BSWH operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Supports the development and implementation of the change management methodology and enterprise standardization, and supports evolution of BSWH change management plans and strategies to drive new ways of working, behaviors, and cultural shifts for the organization.
Assists in the development, delivery, and tailoring of change plans to address the ongoing needs and business objectives.
Ensures consistent leading practices across journeys, solutions and experience initiatives.
Assists in the identification of CX and EX interdependencies and contribute to resolution.
Leverages customer and employee insights to help make data-driven, customer-centric decisions that support employee and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for development and execution of measurable, results-based strategies and related deliverables that support experience programs.
Leads BSWH's end-to-end employee experience design efforts - from framing the problem and ideation through implementation.
Utilizes human-centered design practices to tackle complex problems and enhance employee experiences.
Works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to look at the full organizational ecosystem and ensure experiences resonate as intended.
Shares insights and data through strong narrative writing and storytelling and clear, thorough recommendations based on the analysis.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Highly organized, energetic, and creative thinker.
Previous consulting experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate analysis into recommendations.
Track record of working across multiple teams to build, operationalize, improve, and scale programs.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience designing and leading business transformation projects.
Ability to succeed in team-based or independent environments.
Well-organized with the ability to handle several projects/clients simultaneously.

Responsible for compiling complex reimbursement data to support management decision making and internal and external reporting for assigned subsidiaries. Assists in coordination of reimbursement functions related to the strategic financial planning process. Responsible for the integrity of net revenue.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Prepares and or reviews the schedules required to support the submission of Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Cross cost report, complying with regulations. Analyzes third party cost report changes from prior years, investigating differences.
2. Prepares monthly contractual model and provides thorough analysis of the monthly contractual allowances for assigned subsidiaries. Investigates and makes recommendations for updates to assumptions and/or methodology.
3. Maintains adequate reserve position by complete monthly reserve analysis identifying and reporting any increase or decrease from previously stated reserve position.
4. Provides complex projections and analytical support during the fiscal year budgeted net revenue preparation.
5. Researches and keeps abreast of third party regulations and changes, providing analytical support through financial impact summarization. Estimates the financial impact any changes in payment assumptions and/or budget assumptions may have on the subsidiary and communicates as directed.
6. Coordinates the collection of data and/or preparation of schedules for third party financial audits, settlements, and cash reconciliations.
Qualifications:
Required:
* Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related field.
* Three years experience in a progressively more responsible reimbursement or finance role with Healthcare Net Revenue/Reimbursement responsibilities.
Preferred:
* CPA or MBA preferred.
